Horrible stay. Pictures are after i cleaned up with clorox wipes. So looks better than originally condition. You smell mildew as soon as you walk in the room. Broken floor near chair under the carpet. Almost tripped over like 3-4times. All kinds of hair, dust debris behind the door like it was pushed over there or dropped vacuum machine. In the hallway, big mirrors, deco pictures are here there, just leaning against the wall on the floor. They must have just finished the remodel or something. 4 people stay came with 3 sets of towels and 1 each tiny shampoo, showergel, etc for 2 day stay.

Staff were always amazing, kind, courteous and very professional! They were incredibly quick to check me in and out. Rooms were almost immaculate, could do with a makeover, but didn't have a problem. The beds were a bit too soft for my liking however, can see some liking them. All in all though, a great trip and would definitely revisit. Thank You

We have stayed multiple times at this hotel and they have always been positive experiences. Starting at check-in the staff is very friendly and professional. Sid was our check-in clerk during our stay. He would check on us daily when we passed by the check-in desk. The staff has always gone out of their way to make you feel at home. The hotel and rooms have always been exceptionally clean. The rooms have kitchenettes which is a big plus for families on a budget (eat in vs eating out). The microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and sink have always been spotless. The restrooms are clean and fully functional with no drain or water pressure problems. The bed and linens have always been clean. Daily room cleaning will be upon request. The free breakfast is good. It will include all you can eat eggs, sausage or bacon, a variety of breads including making your own waffle, fruits, cereals, juices and yogurts. The only thing that may be a negative to some customers is that the hotel has no pool. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying again in the future.

I love it because it's close to the beach! The price was also very cheap, so I was very satisfied with the price and location.

I’m usually pretty happy staying at LaQ and this time was no exception. My only big issue was there was mold growing under the silicone caulk around the tub. I feel this should have been cleaned and replaced. I also would have liked more than 1 regular coffee pack….there was 1 reg/1 decaf for 2 adults who love their coffee.The walls are a little thin, we could hear our neighbors and their children come in at 2am. Other than that our stay was great! Check in was flawless, staff was nice and attentive, bed was comfy, A/C worked great, breakfast smelled yummy but we didn’t have time to eat. Price was excellent for a last minute, holiday weekend booking. I would stay here again!

Cleanliness was okay gave it a 3 because shower was dirty and they had not vacuumed Location was great about 15 min from north beach, aquarium, and the Lexington, hotel was very close to shopping and food/restaurants, lots of options and things to do also close to the trade center (indoor market) service was great we were a family of 5 and our first time traveling and staying in a hotel as a family and the service wIas amazing they helped with everything answered all my questions and didn't get bothered by us constantly asking for towels and for all the sand to be cleaned up in our room. we stayed 4 days 3 nights amenities were great I gave it a 3 because no laundry services what so ever and we were back and forth from the beach and night fishing and that was a need for us so I ended up having to go to the laundromat we didn't use their pool or gym but it is provided and their free breakfast was great overall great stay 😀 👍

I always travel with my service dog and was pleased to see this location had a ”dog area”. This area had grass well cut, however, there was trash everywhere and the doggie waste station was broken. The waste basket was on the ground and there were no waste bags in the receptacle. I always have bags with me but it's nice to know they're available should a guest forget theirs. The elevator floor linoleum was very old and dated with chips in it upon entering. The floor I was on was quite noisy all night. There was a smaller dog barking non-stop for hours. A baby crying/wailing for about 15 minutes( so loud I could hear the baby in my room), the room next to me had their TV on super loud until after 3:30 a.m. I know it was this time because my dog had to relieve himself at 3:10 a.m. The staff was the shining light here. The check in agent was friendly and very efficient. The housekeepers were all very friendly as they all said hello upon passing any of them and the check out agent was friendly. Maintenance crew were nice when I ran into them in the hallways. The staff is what kept me from giving this location all poor ratings. The location was alot further from the beach than I anticipated. Probably won't stay here again due to location and conditions described in review.

I stayed there for 3 nights, The front people are really polite and they really help you when you need something. The hotel is pet friendly and there are many restaurant options around. I got hotel breakfast once but I saw many options like fruit, yogurt, bagels, cereal, coffee, and other options. In my opinion is defenetly worth the price, and would stay there again.
