HHappy.pigI liked the luxurious facilities, convenient shuttle service, and swimming pool. The room condition was good, and I was satisfied with the amenities provided by high-end brands. However, I was dissatisfied with the fact that I got a room right in front of the elevator and all the noise from outside came in.
The overall facilities and service are the best.

The hotel airport shuttle is every hour. Unable to meet our request to go airport at 7.30, it must be either 7am or 8am. Need to arrange with the receptionist.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 2 nights but wished I only booked for 1 night. Was not aware that hotel didn't include free hotel shuffle so had to pay 30USD return for my own uber. Upon late arrival to hotel due to air traffic problems due to bad weather in miami our room door wasnt locked and bed wasnt made so we moved rooms. Hotel is about 15/20 mins drive from airport. I would not stay here again as location and no free airport shuttle is not appealing for me. The fact that I received no proper apology from hotel regarding my reserved room I would not stay here again!!

WWynela DernelleStayed here to catch a flight the next day. Room was clean, bed was comfy, excellent water pressure. Used the shuttle service to go back to the airport. Front desk was friendly, however they forgot the wake up call, good thing we set an alarm. Would stay again.

VVictoriaYZNOriginally wanted to choose a big bed room, the result was chosen to be two beds, the hotel said nothing to change, the service is very dissatisfied with me, the key is that the room is very much, they are not full, they are not willing to meet your conditions . There is also a parking fee every day, no breakfast, no refund of the deposit, all aspects are not suitable, so everyone should think carefully before placing an order, because the next time, regret it is too late.

GGuest UserThe facilities are quite good for the price. The room is very spacious. But beware, if you're a light sleeper, don't even think about staying here. Planes fly by every three minutes very close to the hotel, and you can hear their engines. If you're a heavy sleeper, this is your hotel. It's the best value in Miami. What happened to us was some awkward people in the room above us who made noise all night. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Sskykiss aqxThe location is very good, near the airport, the environment is also very good, the surrounding is quiet, the parking lot is quite large, there is no smell in the room, there is coffee, microwave and refrigerator.
