"The room was spacious, with a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large balcony. The living room, in particular, was huge, and came with cabinets, a dining table, a stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a dryer. All the dishes, cups, pots, knives, and forks were provided – all you need are some basic cooking ingredients and you can whip up your own meals. The cleanliness was good, and the staff tidied up daily."

MmshirlynI had a wonderful stay at Hyde Perth. The hotel is beautifully designed with a modern and stylish atmosphere, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Perth.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. The location is excellent, within walking distance of shopping areas, restaurants, and many of Perth’s attractions, making it very convenient for leisure travellers.

TteweAs expected of the best of the Crown collection, immaculate service, room is clean and very spacious for two queen bed, the reception , concierge, valet and housekeeping staff are one of the most attentive and kind to every little detail when we dont even ask for help. Loved the kids stay free policy, where my both kiss aged 3 and 6 can stay for free without trouble.
The best part for me is carpark is free , if you go park at P3 carpark, near the Mcdonald entrance. just a quick 5 mins walk back to lobby.
the only one thing that i hoped can be improved is hotel breakfast , i didnt get to try because there is no special discount or whatsoever for hotel guest staying and also for my 6 years old kids who barely eat much for breakfast have to pay 50% of the adult price for breakfast which is already costly.

GGuest UserVery close to Perth Airport with a free shuttle service. The staff were excellent and willing to accommodate our departure time. The hotel's central island features a slide panel, allowing for flexible configurations. Both the service and food at the hotel restaurant were great.

The only problem is they do not provide free water neither a dispenser. Yet everything in the minibar is chargeable and it is so full that you can barely put any drinks inside.

SSimone PitcherBeautiful hotel in the heart of Fremantle. I advised the office when I booked it was mine and my partners anniversary. We arrived to a lovely bottle of Prosecco and a beautiful handwritten card!
The only complaint I have is the abysmal breakfast. $72 for 2 people. Hot food was luke warm at best, the scrambled eggs were sloppy. Tried to eat but ended up not being able to stomach it. Really disappointing end to a wonderful stay.

The accommodation itself was very cozy and comfortable.
Having Cole Mart, cafes, and restaurants all nearby was super convenient.
But the biggest highlight was being able to walk to the beach in under 3 minutes from the accommodation. It was perfect for staying with my 4-year-old child.

LLan_aI really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

GgeorginaxoxoI had a great experience staying here before, so I booked again. This time, I arrived at the hotel late at night after a tiring flight. The front desk initially said they couldn't find my reservation. After searching for half an hour, they said they found it but claimed I had already checked in. I told them I was right there and hadn't checked in yet. They then spent another twenty minutes verifying. During all this, I contacted Trip.com customer service, who were very responsive and helpful; an agent quickly reached out to the hotel. However, the hotel staff were incredibly slow and inefficient. The whole check-in process took nearly an hour. It was a stark contrast to my previous, much better experience.
Furthermore, on my last stay, they provided a full set of disposable amenities, but this time, there weren't even disposable slippers. I was just too tired in the middle of the night to bother looking for another hotel.
Honestly, this service experience was really disappointing. The environment is actually good, and the location is right next to UWA. Getting to the city takes about ten minutes by taxi.
Kudos to Trip.com's customer service; they were efficient even late at night and had an excellent attitude in resolving the issue!

FFreda520The front desk staff were excellent. I think they might have had a vacant room, because even though I was traveling solo, they gave me a really spacious room. The view from the room was perfect, and it had a bathtub which was a great bonus. It was a wonderful experience! ♥️
