It was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!

This type of room booked by Ctrip must avoid the third floor. When I entered, I smelled a so-called cigarette smell and immediately asked to change rooms. The front desk said that many people smoke on this floor 😅... The hotel only has a small train next door to the airport. It is not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage or it rains.

We had an impromptu stay here when we had a flight cancellation. It was reasonably priced, had a really nice breakfast, and free airport shuttle which was really convenient. Room was clean and spacious. Nice that a couple fast food places were in walking distance for a quick bite. Definitely would recommend this hotel for any airport refugees.

What a fantastic design! The symmetrical atrium and strong sense of hierarchy are simply captivating. From the room, you can also enjoy the Atlanta skyline and the sunrise. Overall, it's pretty good. It's accessible by shuttle bus from the airport, and there's a shuttle bus to the airport in the morning. The hotel is a bit old; it's a budget hotel.

I recently stayed at the Courtland Grand Hotel during a conference in Atlanta. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, with easy access to major venues and public transportation. The lobby is spacious and has a classic charm, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating during check-in. However, there were a few areas where the experience fell short. The room was clean but felt dated, and the room lights are not enough to light up the room. Housekeeping was inconsistent—some days everything was well-stocked, while on others, they will clean room while you are inside. The elevators also seemed slow, especially during peak hours. Destination fee failed to collect upon check-in. I received a letter on the door of the unit and you cannot enter the room without paying on it. Need to ask for the complimentary bottle water, never been provided upon check-in also the same for the dental kit. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re attending an event nearby and looking for a central location, but there’s room for improvement in amenities and room updates.

The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport, which takes ten minutes to get there, which is very convenient. Although the breakfast is small, it is also exquisite. The facilities are not very new but clean, and it is worth recommending.

We checked in around 12:30 am, requested a late check out, the front desk person agreed to let us check out 1pm the same day, however,the cleaners came to knock on the door at 11am and noon (around 12) ask us to leave…. When we checked out, we were asked to pay USD 25 dollars for late chack out. I refused. Very unpleasant experience

The Place was peaceful and clean and the Receptionist were nice ❤️
