SShanghaixinThe room is old, very old, the bedding is still good, the restaurant is too small, you have to queue, the food is also general, you can live for a day, the city is neatly arranged, the waterfall is not a plump water period, not good-looking, find Vietnamese powder, delicious

GGuest UserHotel itself was nice. Still under construction but clean. Front desk staff were all super friendly and nice.
The older lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. Tried taking my kids there for breakfast and we ended up walking out. She rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at us for wanting to order to go, so then I said we would sit and order if that was easier for her? She acted like there was no where for us to sit amd saod shes about to get really busy. Only 3 other tables were sat at the time of our arrival. After seating us she sat about 4 other tables 5 minutes later. She got their drink orders and seemed super friendly to everyone else but never came back to help us. So we got up and left.

GGuest UserMy Husband and I really enjoyed are stay. The Rooms are very clean and the front desk are so friendly. Bailey at the front is so awesome. She went above and beyond to help us fix are reservation and also brought us a fridge cause the we had in the room went out. 💯 ... Also MJ is very friendly and very helpful. Always smiling.
