GGuest UserThe hotel is on a hillside, and it is a second-line sea view room. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to eat. The 4-person room on the second floor can see a small part of the sea. The room is spacious and bright, and the balcony and bathroom area are also large. The only problem is that there is no water barrier on the floor of the shower, which causes the shower water to spray onto the floor under the washbasin, which is not perfect. There are many parking spaces indoors and outdoors. It is recommended to rent a car for convenient travel.

NNalanippsI like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

KKjs19Toothbrush is not provided unless you ask the front desk. We requested for room cleaning on our 3rd night but it was not as clean as we expected. The toilet bowl was not cleaned, the floors were not wiped, the soap, shampoo, etc was not refilled. Our room door was difficult to open/close. There was a musty smell coming from the toilet. And one of the room lights was flickering.
Location was good 10 mins to the airport.

GGuest UserIt's far from the hotel district and you'll need a rental car to get around, but it's close to the beautiful Ypao Beach.
The facilities are small, but the rooms are spacious. There are four beds, a toilet, and two bathrooms. There's also a kitchen (with cooking utensils and dishes), so you can buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook.

HHaesunI booked this place after reading the reviews and seeing the value for money. The room was spacious and good value for money, but the room had poor ventilation, which was a bit of a hassle. The bathroom was actually quite comfortable, perhaps because it had been remodeled. The veranda window opens directly to the pool.

GGuest UserTimes are hard in Guam these days. Lots of hotel rooms and almost no tourists. Holiday Resort is one of the least expensive hotels but you get what you pay for including a huge place that has seen better days. The place is not well maintained and that was frustrating. The ocean view is VERY nice but I had to ask for towels on two of the three nights we were there. The staff is VERY friendly and competent but the boiler is broken and so there is only lukewarm water in the bathroom. The thing that bothered me the most was that the list of amenities has not been updated. There is no more breakfast buffet and forget coffee in the room. The elevators did work. When I called the front desk because my walls were shaking to the unbelievably loud music coming from the next room, Security came up immediately and told them to turn it down. I wish this hotel the very best since the service was good and the workers were trying their best but I will skip this hotel the next time I'm in Guam which will be in a few more weeks.

Kkilho1995I had a truly satisfying stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a fresh and varied menu.

I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

MModuerBecause I had to catch an early morning flight, I took a temporary rest at this hotel and didn't stay overnight. A very old hotel, there is a strange smell when you walk into the room, the floor is oily, and the pillows also smell musty.
