GGuest UserDidn't get fresh towels when requested & had to make 2nd Request for towels....also had to request for trash cans to be emptied two times and they only emptied one (1) can & other two (2) the bedroom & bathroom cans were left untouched. Tried to request room service from the Gateway Grill but had to leave a message and didn't get a call back until almost an hour later & by then I had ordered from Uber Eats!!!

GGuest UserI LOVE this location. Candlewood seems like they think of everything a traveler or family could possibly need to be comfortable. Free guest laundry was convenient and much appreciated. Rooms are exceptionally clean with high ceilings and large windows. Just a lovely place to stay overall. Front desk is friendly and efficient during my check in, and the general manager, Spring, was knowledgeable and super helpful during my stay. 10 out of 10. Will be back and I do recommend!!
