Ontario County Hotels with Free Parking.

The hotel is good in all aspects, staying in January for a few days. The city of Jenniva is small and the hotel is right next to the city centre, just a 1-2 minute drive away. There is free parking.

The lady in breakfast was so smiling and helpful. Bed has some dirts , which is not so bad but should be more clear.

Everyone was professional and very nice and very helpful to us. My wife and I love Best Western Plus and will certainly want to stay again. The breakfast we had was very good and appreciated the help when needed.

Convenient transportation and smooth check-in process. The hotel facilities are perfect and the room is clean and no noise. The front desk service is very thoughtful, so the problem has been solved smoothly and will consider staying again.

The room is quiet and has a microwave and hot and cold water to use, there is a sofa to sit, the bathroom shower head switch is a bit problematic, but it does not affect the use, there are hair care and body milk.

The overall stay experience was very good, the location of the hotel was very convenient, the surrounding transportation was convenient, it was more convenient to travel or eat and shop. The front desk staff was very good at check-in, the communication efficiency was high, and the whole process was smooth. The room was clean and tidy as a whole, the bedding was comfortable, the sound insulation effect was better than expected, and the rest was very good at night. The bathroom is well maintained, the hot water is stable, and the toiletries are relatively complete. The public area environment of the hotel is also better, it looks relatively new, and the overall design is more textured. Although the breakfast type is not particularly large, it can basically meet the needs and taste good. During the stay, I encountered some small problems, the staff responded quickly, and the handling attitude was very positive. This made people feel better. Overall, the price is still very high, whether it is business travel or travel stay is more suitable. If you come to this city in the future, you will still consider choosing this hotel again and recommend it to friends.

The place location was really good. We were stop for over night on our way to Niagara Falls. The checkin was easy, and the room is clean and comfortable. The only issue we have was no elevator hence a bit difficult to bring up our bags to the 2nd floor…. Other than that the hotel is excellent.

沒有電梯，這個有點不太方便。 早餐比較簡單，麪包，酸奶等。 但好在地理位置符合我們路線～從黃石公園出來開車兩個小時途經這裏。

Everything was extremely clean, fridge & microwave greatly appreciated. A coffee maker either in-room or in the lobby would be a nice touch… 100 percent would stay here again
