2-Star Hotels in Phoenix

Good hotel in a quiet location-- hospital area. Parking is $10 a day, however there are some street parking spots on Catalina if you're looking to save the parking cost (just pay attention to no parking zones). Carpet was a bit dirty and hotel shows it's age in some aspects, but overall it was a solid place to stay. Area felt generally safe for being in the city core. All staff were pleasant to deal with. I stayed for an event downtown. Was planning to take light rail but the station was sort of marginal so ended up driving. Much better value than the downtown hotels, especially if you'll have a vehicle with you.

For the cost, it wasn’t bad.  Decent bed, good TV, working climate controls, enough electrical outlets to charge my devices.   The service level is low, but it’s a motor inn, not the Hilton.  That said, it was within expectations.  The location is close to the airport.  That’s great because it’s so convenient, but you get the noise from takeoffs and landings.  Shuttles don’t run on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so you gotta taxi, Uber or Lyft yourself.  Sure, I’d stay there again.  From my point of view, all I want to do is sleep and wash up.  With that in mind, it fits the bill.

As we all know, hotel inflation is dramatic. Finding a simple clean room near a major airport in the USA is not a fun experience. Phoenix is no exception. EZ 8 is a big property and about $16 by taxi TOO Sky Harbor.  Convenient for a 7-11 and a McDonald’s nearby.  The rooms were ok and the Price $67 was the best I could do. The choices are limited.

I like coming here but lately it's not been as nice as it usually is

Some place played music for a couple of hours in the evening... Maybe charch? I could hear the voice of the hall and traffic too. So you better bring an ear plug. Plus, i couldn't close the bathroom door. It's too tight and the risk of being locked in. And no hair dryer again!!!

I forgot my bag in the room 107 when checked out in the early morning of Mar 07, 2019 and when I found out , it was already Mar 09， and I called the hotel immediately. the lady replied that they would check with housekeeping. When I arrived at the hotel half hour later, the reception asked me to talk with the duty ***ager. and the Gentle*** was so nice , and he lead me to the house keeping office and handed me the bag. It contains customer name cards and my ID cards, I am really very grateful. thanks to the hotel staff ! Thanks to the hotel

The environment is generally the same, the facilities are relatively simple, it is still possible to live temporarily. The staff inside is also fine. However, the traffic is very convenient, just beside the highway. Self-driving is a good choice.

It was a little confuse to access the room, but the staff kindly guided me. Overall, the location was good, the price was reasonable, and the facilities were sufficient. I will definitely consider it as an option next time I'm in Phoenix.

Friendly staff, accommodations were enough to get through one night and move along. Nothing fancy, just needed a quick stopover to recharge the ol' batteries.
