Amazing
GGuest UserThe Island View Guesthouse is a hidden gem overlooking Charlotte Amelia! The rooms were quiet, clean and well appointed! The food was amazing and eating al fresco overlooking the water was so special! Marshall, Libby and Randall were so welcoming and gave us such great service!
GGuest UserThe facilities were outstanding. Workers around the area were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the grounds has very good food. I've never been disappointed. The coffee shop also located on the grounds has been my favorite even before we stayed here.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, halfway up the mountain, with a wide view and beautiful views of the bay; we booked the bangalow, which has a large room but relatively few bathrooms.
GGuest UserHotel is very clean and has charm. Beds were comfy. Someone is trying with the curtains and bed assemble but needs some maintenance done to rooms..ceilings, lights, baseboards, showers. . Hairdryer didn't work, light in bathroom flickered, no shampoo etc just little bars of soap. Coffee maker but bring your own coffee. There was a small refrig/freezer in room. Breakfast was good. I think I would rebook but bring the amenities it lacked.
WWilfredoClean room with basic amenities comfortable and easy access for transportation to wherever you want to go!
The All Inclusive package is a great value for a short stay.
Service is good and the food is good with plenty to choose from the menu.
The beach is nice with very easy access and water sports available, such as kayak, paddle boarding and small sailboat.
There are scheduled boat trips for you to choose from for day trips and sunset cruise.
A pleasant stay to rest and relax while enjoying the tropical sunshine and beautiful vistas.

GOOD
1. Friendly staff
2. Room looked very nice
3. The roof top pool bar was great! We could not smell the seaweed/ sewer from there.
4. The regular pool was also nice however, the stench was horrible down there.
BAD
1. The seaweed/ sewer scent permeated the air upon entrance to the hotel
2. The room had a bit of a musty scent
3. There was no drinking water in the room, and it was not included in room service. We were told to drink the tap water as it was filtered . The water was heavy and horrible!.
4. There was a horrible sewer stench which came from the shower/ tap once you opened the water. We could barely use to brush our teeth it tasted so bad.
TTorrianThe hotel was very close to the airport and newly renovated so that was a plus. It was great for a layover or short term stay. There wasn’t much in the area or much access to the $1 Safaris so I would not recommend for long stays.
