Big and clean room. Very comfy bed and nice bathroom. They have very high frequency shuttle fetchingguests to the main town area. If you are travelling by train and arrive early, you can use their shower facilities at their pool bathroom for free! Some hotels charge you extra and I definitely would recommend anyone to opt for this hotel without hesitation.

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

It was a fantastic experience in Sapa Yen Hotel. The staff were accommodating and attentive to our needs. The location was just right in the heart of the town center, near to all establishments. The breakfast was great, delicious, and plentiful. I will stay in this hotel again if I come back, God willing.

The hotel is in a great location, and the room was well presented, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, offering a wide variety of both Western and Asian dishes. One of the highlights was the beautiful landscape views from the restaurant. However, I had two concerning experiences during my stay. On the third day, my key chain, which held the keys to all of my suitcases, went missing. Fortunately, nothing was stolen. I also encountered an issue with the in-room safe: the code I had set worked when I first locked my valuables inside, but later it would no longer open the safe. Again, nothing was missing once the issue was resolved. I have been travelling for nearly two months, staying in multiple hotels across three other countries, and I have never had belongings go missing or experienced any problems with a hotel safe before. I can't say what caused these incidents, but they were certainly unsettling. That said, the staff were supportive and did their best to help resolve both issues, which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend the hotel, but with some caution based on my experience.

I really loved this hotel: a deluxe room with a mountain view. But the hotel is situated in such a way that it's surrounded by mountains on all sides anyway. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need, which made my stay as comfortable as being at home. I even extended my stay for another 2 nights, despite the rainy weather. The staff are welcoming, polite, and attentive. The breakfasts are delicious.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Nestled in the stunning landscape of Sapa, this property offers a unique combination of rustic charm and modern amenities that makes it a perfect retreat for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure. Breathtaking Views and Tranquil Atmosphere One of the most remarkable features of D Home Sapa is its breathtaking views. The bungalows are strategically positioned to provide splendid panoramas of the lush terraced rice fields and towering mountains that characterize the region. Each morning, I was greeted by the stunning sight of the sun rising over the hills, painting the landscape in hues of gold and green. The tranquil atmosphere surrounding the bungalows invites guests to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty that Sapa is renowned for. Comfortable Accommodations The bungalows themselves are cozy and well-appointed, providing a welcoming retreat after a day of exploration. My accommodations featured comfortable bedding, tasteful decor, and essential amenities that ensured a pleasant stay. The wooden interiors gave the bungalows a warm and homey feel, while modern touches added convenience without compromising the rustic charm. I particularly appreciated the spacious balcony that came with my bungalow, where I enjoyed morning coffee and absorbed the serene views. Their deep knowledge of the area and willingness to share insights added a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. Access to Activities and Local Culture D Home Sapa serves as an excellent base for exploring the vibrant culture and stunning landscapes of the region. The property is conveniently located near various trekking paths that meander through picturesque villages, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and interact with the warm-hearted hill tribes. During my stay, I embarked on a trekking tour that was organized by the staff, allowing me to discover the hidden gems of Sapa and witness the traditional lifestyles of the local communities. The experience was enriching and offered a great blend of adventure and cultural immersion. Culinary Delights Dining at D Home Sapa was another highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurant showcased a menu filled with delicious local and international dishes. Each meal I enjoyed was expertly prepared, featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients. I had a wonderful stay at Joville Hotel in Sapa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The place itself is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money—but what really made my experience unforgettable was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Whether it was assisting with directions, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to make sure everything was okay, their level of care and attentiveness was exceptional. It’s rare to find such accommodating and kind service, and it definitely made my trip more enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa, and I would gladly stay here again.

It’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.
