WwangsaiI got upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely fantastic. Being on a private island gave it a real 'island survival' vibe. They even had a buffet and show in the evening, making it a truly unique experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. It was amazing, simply amazing!

GGuest UserThe amazingly lovely smiling friendly & efficient staff at the Beachfront Apts definitely make the stay worthwhile. Aside from that the location away from the main tourist hub areas of Port Vila allows for more relaxation & enjoyment of the gorgeous beach which is totally safe for swimming among locals & sweet dogs. Every Friday just a few steps away is a fantastic fireshow put on by the Beach Bar which also has very good food. Mele Bay area is so nice that we extended from 3 to 10 days!
To get to the town of Port Vila simply walk a couple hundred metres to the main road, flag down a passing minivan with “B’ on the front plate, state your destination & pay about $2 when you get off.
On a food note it’s a bit of a walk along Devil’s Road to get to Island Magic Resort but it’s so worth it to eat at Birdie’s Restaurant! The locals are super nice along the way, calling out “Good night” as you pass them in the dark on the potholed road.
A stay here is highly recommended!

Morning really small, cheaper places richer and more diversified.
The pool area is a little too shadowed if you want to be in the sun. The beach was from the bottom of a sad feeling slope - doesn't want to go to swim. For snorkeling you need to go farther if you want to see something.
The room we got was wonderful - our own terrace and garden directly to the sea. In other rooms only a balcony, not at all so nice. The room is spacious and cool. Beds good and cottage options. AC worked well. Kitchen equipment ok.
The kajaks and the bathrooms are a nice addition.
Location a little away, but if you also like walking, this is working. The staff was careful and friendly, communication in advance worked well.
A shower curtain would be more than necessary, now water splashes over a much wider area.
Breakfast really poor, cheaper places have more and more variety. Extra charge is immediately wanted for additional options.
Pool area a bit too shady if you want to be in the sun. The beach was a bit muddy at the bottom - you don't feel like going swimming. You have to go further for snorkeling if you want to see something.

天天之丛云The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The hotel does not provide meals, but the rooms have kitchens, microwaves, gas stoves, ovens and double-door refrigerators. You can cook by yourself, and there is a supermarket within 5 minutes of going out, with all kinds of ingredients. You can eat outside if you don’t like cooking. There are several Chinese restaurants nearby, all of which are cheap and good. The hotel also has a swimming pool, Port Vila is hotter, and you can swim outdoors all year round.

GGuest UserFriendly and helpful staff. The furniture is old and needs to be updated. Hot water is unstable, it was often necessary to rinse with cold water. A broken clock hung on the wall, which was very annoying. At night, small lizards run along the walls inside the bedroom and the ceiling, which made sounds, which is also not pleasant to hear at night. The pillows are long and hard. Dirt accumulated in the washing machine in the tank, which did not wash, but, on the contrary, stained the washed clothes.

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at this hotel. I was pleased to see that they have made some improvement in their breakfast but it could be even better. I am unhappy though with their early checkout time which is at 10 am. That's such an inconvenience.

GGuest UserGreat, quiet place with secluded location on the lagoon. The place has very friendly staff, in-house cafe + paddle boats and kayaks for use on the lagoon. The room we stayed at had the kitchen, which was very convenient, but also a few big roaches, which wasn’t as clean as I would like it to be. Other than that, it was a great stay.

HHolly B1This hotel was perfect for my one night in Port Vila. The room was clean and comfy and they helped me with airport transfer even when my flight was last minute.
The staff went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was looked after. Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone!

GGuest UserPositives - the air conditioner worked well and the pool was kept clean.
”Casino” is a loose term, 20 old pokies machines in the foyer was the only thing happening there so don't go expecting anything more. No food or drink available at the 'resort', and no fridges in the room is poor. TV in room has 2 channels - one which can't be viewed. Communication around the airport bus transfer wasn't great either.
