"The hotel has a swimming pool and the most famous local entertainment venue. Because the climate is hot in summer, the lobby and rooms are fully air-conditioned and very comfortable. The hotel security guard is at the lobby door 24 hours a day to welcome guests. Free WIFI, very fast. Great! Will come next time~"

"Very nice small villa, located on the edge of the lagoon, sitting in the living room can see the beautiful lake view, buy a fishing pole can directly open fishing in the rest pavilion. Convenient transportation is right next to the road; The living room and kitchen on the first floor of the second-story building are fully equipped, which is really too happy for my travel hobby that occasionally likes to cook a side dish. It is recommended and suitable for long-term living."

"It was not long after the earthquake in Port Vila. I didn't rent a car the day before, so I found this hotel temporarily. Overall, it was just livable, the hygiene was OK, and the breakfast was good on the island. The attitude of the hotel staff was OK! This is a good place to stay on the island!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. However, the service in the restaurant was disappointing. We waited a long time for our food and even saw it sitting on the counter for about ten minutes while all three waiters were standing around, seemingly avoiding their customers. On another day, we specifically asked whether it was still happy hour before ordering drinks, and the waitress confirmed that it was. When she returned with the drinks, she told us that by the time she had gone back to the kitchen, happy hour had already ended. This was frustrating, as it was unclear why she would confirm happy hour and then refuse to apply the discount, especially since it was minimal. When we went to check out, we noticed some inconsistencies on the invoice. There was an extra dinner and drinks charged to our room that we did not order. When we pointed this out, the staff were unable to find a receipt for those charges, so we recommend double-checking invoices carefully. Apart from these issues, our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the pool was often occupied by many children whom we suspected were not guests of the hotel"

"The amazingly lovely smiling friendly & efficient staff at the Beachfront Apts definitely make the stay worthwhile. Aside from that the location away from the main tourist hub areas of Port Vila allows for more relaxation & enjoyment of the gorgeous beach which is totally safe for swimming among locals & sweet dogs. Every Friday just a few steps away is a fantastic fireshow put on by the Beach Bar which also has very good food. Mele Bay area is so nice that we extended from 3 to 10 days! To get to the town of Port Vila simply walk a couple hundred metres to the main road, flag down a passing minivan with “B’ on the front plate, state your destination & pay about $2 when you get off. On a food note it’s a bit of a walk along Devil’s Road to get to Island Magic Resort but it’s so worth it to eat at Birdie’s Restaurant! The locals are super nice along the way, calling out “Good night” as you pass them in the dark on the potholed road. A stay here is highly recommended!"

"Although I don't have my own exclusive beach, but I have a small cottage garden house, it is very comfortable to live in, the service staff is very friendly, the breakfast is a single point and OK, it belongs to a nice location in Port Vila, not far from the airport, almost 2000 kW. Next to the Holiday Inn, the environment is very quiet."

"We stayed at Tamanu for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The room was cozy and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect space to relax. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Fiona and Anthony did a fantastic job managing the resort — their attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. A special thank you to Anthony, who went above and beyond by personally returning our wallet after we accidentally left it behind in the room. We are truly grateful for such kindness and care.
