Excelente hotel en cuanto a servicio, ubicación, habitaciones, limpieza. El restaurant de lo mejor. La comida muy sabrosa y económica. La atención es de primera. Definitivamente es el lugar para hospedarse en Parras. Desayunos, comida y cena riquísimos.

Pasamos Navidad ahí. Las habitaciones e instalaciones en general son muy limpias y acogedoras. La atención de los empleados fue muy buena en general. El servicio para restaurant carece de opciones en el desayuno mientras que en la cena tiene más variedad y todo es muy rico. El único detalle que vimos que en realidad no logramos entender el motivo fue que a partir de las 11:00pm tienes que estar en tu cuarto, es decir no puedes estar en el patio central o hacer uso de alguna instalación fuera de tu habitación. Nos sentimos como en toque de queda hahaha. Fuera de ese detalle recomiendo ampliamente el hotel. La ubicación es excelente también.
