We’re given a room with bed springs poking discomfort into the body. At writing time, the bed at Room 3H is to be avoided at all costs. Fortunately and thanks to Trip efforts , a new room was made available the following night after property staff checked the bed themselves. Check the bed before you accept the option provided.

Everything was great during our stay, they gave us chargers and we could leave our bags at no extra cost.
The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the JR train line and subway.
I would definitely stay here again, the views are incredible.

The amenities are okay, clean and complete, but the aircon is only up to 24° because the aircon keeps leaking, and the view... I didn't see the city view in the room we were given, despite the fact that it was there. But the place is neat, clean, quiet and accessible since my mother and I were only staying overnight because we had an early morning flight.

Location is accessible to foods and convenient store. Cleanliness is poor and no instruction on how to use amenities. There is a free soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush. Towel included but the place is not cleaned, bedsheets and pillow sheets don't look new and when we arrive we waited for the lady to assist us in the lobby for a while even we called henry that we will arrive soon. We asked for an early check in and they allowed us which is nice. I hope that the unit will be cleaned thoroughly. Overall its okay but don't expect too much or else you will be disappointed like expectation vs. reality.

Well, the cockroaches confused everyone, but otherwise it's quite decent.
There's a kettle, a washing machine, and large apartments.
