The price-to-performance ratio is the best. All the staff are very friendly, and the location is a hot place in Jomtien Beach. I was worried about bugs in Southeast Asia, but I didn't see any. The food was good considering it was a free breakfast. It's a buffet, so there are toasts for Westerners. It's right in front of you when you get off the songthaew. The beach is just across the street. I thought it would be inconvenient to go to the beach because of road construction, but it wasn't a problem at all. If you go up to the rooftop and watch the sunset while looking out over Jomtien Beach and have a beer, you'll be happy.

It's nice because it's in front of the beach. You can see the beach and the road by the beach from the window. From the rooftop, you can see the power lines, so it's nice, but unfortunately it's dirty because it's not currently being used as a terrace. The room is spacious.
