Cockroaches are a panacea for the entire building, not for the rented apartments in particular. I would like to advise the landlord to do pest control more often and make the cleaning service clean the room more thoroughly.
Check with the landlord in advance what kind of dishes you will need. We did not do this and in one of the apartments there were no dishes for cooking.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach and pedestrian street. It's next to EDGE, but much cheaper. The facilities in the house are complete. Compared with EDGE, it is a bit older but does not affect its use. Chinese service at any time.

There were some minor issues with the facilities. The faucet kept dripping. At first, the balcony window could not be opened. I told the landlord and they quickly fixed it. It is also close to the beach. I have been to Pattaya several times and always stayed in an apartment nearby. It is very convenient.
