Location is excellent. Reception is very helpful and friendly but room without Toothbrush toothpaste and slippers. Inside the room display "smoking in this room will result in 2000 THB cleaning fee", but inside the room got very strong cigarette smell?????? Do the hotel collected the 2000 THB and did not do the cleaning. The bed side table got the food sauces from previous guests’, and attracted ants come. Even if the air conditioning speed in the room is set to the lowest setting, and the sound is still very loud, but the good thing is air conditioner can be very cold or room temperature.

All the staff welcomed me with a smile, and I loved the beautiful swimming pool, delicious breakfast, and clean room. thank a lot^^

Location is close to the mall and the beach. Air condition is not distributed to certain areas inside the room. So some areas is cold and some areas is warm. The wind from air condition blows to the head. It made me sick and body aches most of the days while i stay. Customer Services is so so. Housekeepers do not pay attention to the cleaning sign and can't understand other languages. It is so difficult to communicate with them. The breakfast buffet is located in the basement, light is dim and no window.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to T21, and it only takes 2-3 minutes to walk to Beach Road. The room is very clean and soundproofed. The staff are very friendly and always smile. The facilities are similar to those of ordinary small hotels, except that the swimming pool is a little smaller. The breakfast was also in line with expectations. It can't be compared with those 4 or 5 star hotels, but the price is not at the same level. Overall, I am very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time I come to Pattaya.
