I chose the hotel based on reviews, surprisingly almost all of them were good. The only plus in the end is the location of the hotel. That's where the pluses end. Old rooms, dirty, scary to turn on the air conditioner, it's so rusty, bed linen with stains, the view from the window is simply depressing. No hair dryer!!!! When I asked to change the room, they didn't respond, like everything is occupied, although there are places on Booking.

A run-down hotel, they never renovated it after it was built. The bathroom is moldy, the sun loungers are all full of holes and sags, the billiards are run-down, it's even a shame that it has such a long life and a terrible fate, the air conditioners are so old that it's scary to look at, black, dirty, antediluvian and don't work properly, at least they don't qualify for a Deluxe room. We had to change rooms because the air conditioner didn't work. It didn't work in the second room either, worse than in the first. We had to demand repairs. With a scandal, but they patched something up. It worked somehow. The furniture downstairs in the lobby is dirty, squalor and old stuff everywhere. There's a ghoul at the reception, you can't call him anything else, according to other reviews, maybe one of the hotel owners. Doesn't say hello, has a twisted face, won't even answer whatever you ask. The staff is also not very friendly. Has nothing to do with the Land of Smiles. For breakfast there are only fried eggs and rice with vegetables, other dishes in the photo menu have long ago and, obviously, been crossed out forever. It is impossible to eat the same thing for 2 weeks. In general, the impression is not very pleasant. You constantly have to fight for your life: in order to fix the air conditioner or change the oak pillow in the room, you have to humiliate yourself in front of the ghoul at the reception, without an answer from him. Economy in a word, in the worst manifestation of this word. Pros: location in the very center of Pattaya, decent cleaning of the rooms, a good, clean, albeit small pool. Spacious room. Cons: A run-down hotel, mold in the bathroom, a ghoul at the reception, unfriendly staff, the same breakfast, the water in the pool is not heated, cold, even for Pattaya it is uncomfortable to swim in it, cold.

I would add a star. A good holiday starts with a good hotel. A cozy lounge with a swimming pool near the dining area on the ground floor. Friendly staff, good mood starts right from the greeting. Very comfortable bed, mattress and pillows almost orthopedic. Spacious room, there is all the necessary furniture, a large closet with a compartment door, a large balcony with a dryer, the air conditioner really makes noise, but only on the balcony, in the room with the balcony doors closed, the noise is not too intrusive. Every day wet cleaning, change of bed linen and towels + 2 x 0.6 bottles of drinking water. Very convenient location relative to the beach, food street, the famous Alcazar with its shows, shopping centers, our favorite "Hardrock Cafe", everything you need is within walking distance

The hotel has a good location, in the center, but a little away from the road, so it is not noisy. Opposite street food and fruits. Near Alcazar, massage parlors, 7/11, near Terminal 21. To the central beach 5 minutes walk. The hotel is stale but ok. The pool is small, there is very rarely someone there. For breakfast on the menu, either eggs with ham and sausages or rice with chicken + toast with butter and jam, some fruit (cut watermelon or bananas can lie), chopped cabbage and green salad, drinks (water, juice, tea, coffee) . Spacious room with kitchen area. For me, a significant disadvantage was a very loud air conditioner, really really very loud.

A hotel with impeccable service and attitude towards guests. Attentive staff. The modesty of breakfast and the proximity of unaesthetic-looking objects around the hotel (after all, this is Pattaya) is compensated by the hospitality of the staff, amazing infrastructure (this is the center, and EVERYTHING is within walking distance: beaches, 3 large shopping centers - Terminal 21, Marina Center, Festival, night market, Tiffany's show, popular streets, small shops, banks) There were not many guests at the hotel. Everything worked in the room (refrigerator, safe, microwave, TV, air conditioning is old, but almost silent, everything is fine in the bathroom too). Cleaned up flawlessly. No insects were found. Apartment with crockery , cutlery , everything you need . The room is spacious, the balcony too. The pool is small but clean. Settled in 5-10 minutes.
