First time in Thailand for us (UK & China couple). The hotel has such a great location, right on the beach! We had a balcony facing the beach on the 4th floor which had a great view both daytime and evening. Even tho you are on the beach road, it’s still quiet at night to sleep. The room was big and clean, had a safe and a fridge with cold bottled water (replaced daily). The air conditioner was also very efficient too! The staff are super friendly and reception is available at all times of day and night to ensure you are well looked after and secure! The restaurant downstairs is nice, and it has an Elvis show at the weekends. There is a 500 baht deposit, returned at the end of your stay. We had a breakfast included in the price of the room - it was very nice but the options seemed to differ depending on who served you, which was quite amusing. The shower was only cold water - we did say a few times to the guy on evening reception. He said he’d have someone look at it, but it never got hot so maybe it’s meant to be like that. Not to worry, it’s a hot country so a cold shower is quite refreshing! Overall the hotel is in a great place and is a stone throw away from the main bars/restaurants and the night market. You are both in the action and have the comfort and quietness to relax and rest. We had a great time, our first ever trip to Thailand! This hotel is definitely a very good choice if you wish to holiday in Jomtien!

My room was a good size, well fitted out and clean. Other than a small amount of noise on Saturday night (to be expected) the location was quiet. The food was excellent, varied and of a good quality. I thoroughly enjoyed eating there. Staff were consistently pleasant and helpful.

The accommodation is very good. Walk less than 20 steps to reach the sea. Very close to the sea The room is clean. Roy will go to stay again.

Quiet and calm hotel (I am writing for the period of stay 16-23.12.2023), although on the ground floor there is a restaurant (in which the singer performs Elvis Presley’s repertoire) despite the fact that it is located on the road, taking this into account the rooms are quiet👍 In the room, towels are changed daily, bed sheets are changed daily, general cleaning is done daily (without reminder), air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, TV (there are Russian TV channels), breakfast menu to choose from, I can’t speak for the kitchen (we were constantly somewhere and returned late and not hungry, well, we didn’t have to have dinner), I can say for the cocktails, I really liked them, I’m writing this only because we tried them in different places and on different islands), the staff is terribly responsive, positive and smiling, even one girl (the waiter) knew a little Russian words - it was nice, because the hotel is mostly populated by European tourists, beach towels (no problem), to the beach... just across the road🎅 on the beach there are sunbeds for 50 and 100 baht each, the sea is warm and the beach is clean (cleaned), from the hotel To the left and to the right there are shops 7/11 and more, a night market (mill) on foot for about 5 minutes, where any fresh (juice) costs 25 baht. Leaving the hotel anywhere is no problem! WE RECOMMEND!!!

Made a reservation at 3:02 a.m. but canceled at 3:02 a.m. Didn't stay and booked through the trip and then clicked to cancel the transaction immediately. But there is a billing item. We have called the hotel staff. The agency informed us that we had to cancel in the trip system. We already pressed cancel but the trip and notification were not able to be cancelled, even though we did it at that time. The cancellation list showed that In progress, very bad system

It smelled a lot like mold.

Not disabled friendly, balcony sea view excellent.breakfast limited.Elvis sat/sun bonus.baht bus at doorstep.central location.

Stayed at the boathouse for 2 nights, it was clean and great value for money. Staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a budget good value for money hotel. Food downstairs in restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced.

We arrived at the hotel to book in and realised I had booked for august not July. The ladies were lovely and extremely friendly and helped cancel our booking. Unfortunately, it was a very busy time and we didn’t get a chance to stay there, maybe next time we go back.

Lovely hotel ….views of the beach across the road…staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble….lovely ladies thank you for your hospitality…..room was spotless…food delicious…stayed for a week to relax and unwind 😊 elvis night on the Saturday was a fabulous night

Had a good lunch there so we went back for dinner with a group of friends. We all took our own wine. Surprised that a Restaurant of that standard charged Baht 400 per bottle corkage. Similar type restaurants would only charge Maximum Baht 200 corkage Food and service were good though.

Brilliant stay, I really enjoyed it, the location is very nice.

The service, attentiveness, cleanliness and quality of food were great. Stuff were very friendly and nothing seemed to be a problem. My husband and I had Beef Stroganoff with mash, Spaghetti with crispy pork and chilli, with Mussels steamed with garlic sauce as a starter. Everything was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.
