My stay at back stayz hostel rishikesh was good. Host was polite and helping. He shared with us all the details on whatsapp. Rooms were spacious. Tv had netflix. Overall good stay.

Best hostel ever. Location is superb because every spot is near by, they have their own cafe at terrace so we can have food over thr also they have kitchen where we can make food by own, services are best, most importantly safest hostel, clean beautiful from inside, they do have mountain view rooms. Also they had organised a live singing show at the terrace it was so soothing. Thank you for your best service.

Room was very clean. Housekeeping can be improved (for e. G. They hadn't checked on the toilet paper. Restaurant is a bit pricey and though there wasn't any misbehaviour, there was a lack of warmth/welcome. The support and help they provided (at the desk) was good and assuring. It's no fault of their's, but because the location is close to a main street, the traffic could be a bit of a problem in the night. The price/cost makes the property very attractive - it's a great value for money.

The overall stay was good, the rooms were clean and the staff was courteous. The common area needs improvement, the foo-stable was broken. Toiletries supplied were also not upto the mark.
