My stay at the Hampton Inn Peachtree was disappointing. The hotel's cleanliness was below par, with unclean counters and toilets. The hallways were poorly maintained, with overflowing trash cans. The General Manager, Saeed Shah, was unaccommodating. The lobby became noisy and disruptive late into the night due to guests ******** and nearly coming to physical blows. This hotel is unsuitable for families or solo female travelers. Moreover, it does not meet the standards expected of the Hilton brand. In my extensive travel experience, I have never come across such a deplorable situation. The experience at this establishment was profoundly unsatisfactory. I am embarrassed to admit that referring to this location as part of the Hilton Brand is a displeasure for me. Ps... Lesson learned... Always read reviews before booking.

Hotel cancelled first night of confirmed reservation morning of arrival, supposedly due to having old credit card information. Staff offered no help/offered nothing to rectify problem. Extremely poor management/service.
