In general, the island itself is a ************ hangout! There are no beaches! A very narrow beach littered with stones! The sea is a nice color, but worse than Gili Trawangan! Now about the hotel - it's a dump! Villas are killed! Choosing from 4, there was nothing to choose from! The plumbing is terrible! The safe didn't work! There is no road to the beach! Everything is covered in dust and dirt! There is no light on the streets! Dogs, cows both on the road and on the beach! The staff didn’t even take you to the beach, they just pointed in the direction of nowhere, and there were no signs or lighting! Off-road and jungle all around! It’s terribly scary to return at night and you don’t know where to go! At first there was a scam for a better villa, and we had one of the top villas with a pool! And they offered us a villa with a kitchen and a swimming pool - but this is also a dump! At the same time, they asked for money for this and tried to impose bicycles on top for a fee! We left this Hell the next morning, although we still had to stay 4 nights! Neither trip com nor we were able to return the money! The receptionist, if you can call it that (see photo), immediately said - we won’t return the money! Breakfast is a separate issue! 1 piece of bread with avocado in small quantities, 1 juice and 1 coffee, everything else for money! While fleeing from this hotel, they offered departure services - a private boat to the hotel on Trawangan - in the end the boat did not take us to the hotel, we also had to pay for the horse! They offered to take suitcases to the beach for a fee! The staff have no conscience and neither does the hotel management! Trawangan - only! If you want to visit the Gili Islands! But in general - a trip for everyone! Bottom line: the hotel is already empty and this is an indicator of their work! It’s a pity for the money, thanks to trip com for the small compensation with bonuses! Twice a request with a photo to the hotel ended in a refusal of a refund! That is, the hotel believes that they correspond to both the photographs and the promised service! Look at the photo and God forbid you come there!

Sympaattinen villa, ihana patio ja allas. Paikka syrjäinen ja pimeän jälkeen kulku kuoppaisia kinttupolkuja ei ollut ideaali pyörällä tai jalan. Jos kuitenkin haluaa lähinnä rantaa ja allasta päivisin, tämä on hyvä valinta. Pientä miinusta surkeasta vedenpaineesta suihkussa/pideessä. Oikein hyvä aamiainen rantaravintolassa.

bel bungalow vicino alla spiaggia ottima organizzazione dei servizi grazie ad Haron sempre gentile e disponibile per le nostre richieste. Ottima e varia anche la colazione con succhi e frutta fresca. È possibile anche cenare con ottimi spiedini di pesce grigliati. Per chi è in vacanza per rilassarsi Gili Air è ottima alle 22 l’isola va a nanna :)

Hotel barato, no se si me explico, hotel que hacen con cuatro paredes de ladrillo sin aislamiento acústico ninguno que claro hasta las 3 de la mañana no te puedes dormir y menos descansar, al menos en nuestro caso. El primer dia hasta que no nos quejamos no tuvimos agua en la habitación, solo un hilito con lo que poder ducharnos. En general mala experiencia en este hotel que no recomiendo y el jacuzzi privado de postureo con el agua sucia que no usamos en ningún momento. Huele a cuadra. Musica hasta las tantas de la mañana como si estuviesen tocando en la habitación para nosotros solos. Lo único a reseñar es el trato del personal que no es malo, pero la comida deja mucho que desear. A nosotros no nos proporcionaron bicicleta. 100k dos bicis al día. Lo que está en frente no es una playa como tal, es más embarcadero.

El alojamiento no cubrió definitivamente las expectativas que teníamos tras ver las fotos y los servicios incluidos. En primer lugar, en Booking figura que el establecimiento tiene tanto piscina abierta al aire libre como piscinas privadas, pero esto no es así, solo tienen piscinas privadas para las villas. Además, la habitación tiene TV, en nuestro caso el primer día no funcionaba y el segundo día nos dieron una tarjeta sin explicarnos el funcionamiento y tampoco nos proporcionaron el mando, por lo que tampoco pudimos usarla. El alojamiento está mal cuidado, con mobiliario antiguo y se nota que no llevan un buen mantenimiento. Por último, indicar que el desayuno se sirve en el restaurante del hotel, el cual no puedo recomendar; calidad baja de la comida, el café ni si quiera lo pudimos beber… En Gili Air hay muchísimos alojamientos (prácticamente todos) con piscina y desayuno por lo que hubiera definitivamente elegido otra opción por ese precio (supuestamente es un 4 estrellas) si hubieran sido honestos desde el primer momento con los servicios ofrecidos. Por último, me gustaría indicar el ruido excesivo que hay en la habitación, tanto por la gente que pasa al lado (mala insonorización) como el bar que hay al lado, que tienen música en directo todas las tardes/noches por lo que no podrás ni escuchar tu teléfono ni dormir hasta las 23:00 que es cuando se acaba la música.

Das Camilla Resort besteht aus 2 Anlagen. Am Strand sind die Bungalows sowie das Restaurant. Etwa 10 Minuten entfernt befinden sich die privaten Villen. Unsere Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmer hatte einen eigenen, recht großen Pool und war in einem passablen Zustand. Ich empfehle die Nutzung eines Moskitonetzes. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das kostenfreie Früstück ist ok. Wir hatten ein leckeres Fisch- BBQ mit toller Live Musik.
