If you're on a budget and driving around Kota Kinabalu, then you can consider this hotel. Its quite far from the city and no facilities to offer. A good place to rest and discover shops here as there is quite a lot of restaurants once you walk out of the hotel. It also has Watson, karaoke pub, Chinese restaurant, Sin Kee Bak Kut Teh, Yees Yoghurt, Teppanya Cafe & Bar 333 and some others. The hotel is quite clean and room is spacious. The water pressure is strong which is something that I must have. A hotel I would recommend.

The room is good and clean, but there is no floor mat, after shower the room will become wet because of no floor mat. TV chanel also not stable, keep lagging. hope the hotel management will improve it.

Honestly, it was better than I expected. Seeing the reviews has lower my expectations but it was good for the price. Maybe will rebook at this place. But we don't have the password for the wifi and i think it's better if there's a heater because at our room has no heater. And i think they should give a tutorial sheet on how to operate the tv since it was an old modal (i think). Overall it was a nice stayy.

The cleanliness, equipment, facilities and service are good.. but there is a but. I can't sleep because there is a disturbance in the room.. understand.. I mean.. the shower knows how to turn on itself, the lights know how to turn off, things like that in the room. .horror ohh

GGuest UserI got off the plane in the early morning, so I booked 2 nights. When I went to check in, I was told that the room I booked was given to someone else, thinking that I would not stay. After an hour of communication between the two parties, the landlord gave us a room with 2 single beds 🛏️ to stay and rest first, and then changed us to the room shown in the picture at 3 o'clock. There is a swimming pool on the 3rd floor.
Sanitation: It looks okay, but my husband and I felt itchy when we slept.
Service: Although 🈶 actively solved the problem, I hope that the rooms booked by others will not be given to other guests.
Facilities: Simple
Advantages: Because it is a transition, it is 5 minutes away from the airport. There is a restaurant downstairs in loby A. It is not recommended to take a taxi to eat during the transition! It can be solved, but when you enter the community at the main gate, there is a new restaurant next door that is also opened by Chinese people. The taste is good.

Aang0317its only 6mins distance from airport to grapevine garden by grab👍 hotel is accept early check in Rm10/hour btw the following check in time at 2pm. very suitable for the transit time more than 5-8 hours、its a nice place to take a good rest

Aang0317first time visit here，and arrived early、but front desk allow to check in early 30minutes👍 its is a good rest after long distance flight . its only 7minutes distance by car to KKIA，location is beside Highway its take abit time to book a grab car. Tats a rooftop bar at eleventh floor，nice sunset view and delicious food with acceptable prices👍 will be back again soon👍

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel because it's near KK Airport and also, there's a good and affordable Vegan restaurant a few shops away on the groundfloor. Exiting the entrance, turn right and walk about 10m away. It's there. I forgot its name though. Hotel reception was efficient and friendly. The family room we booked was a pleasant surprise. It was actually two rooms and came with a king-sized bed in one room and a sofa bed in the other. The sofa bed, however, was a bit dated. The good thing about it was that the bathing area and toilet were separate. Packets of instant coffee and tea were available at the coffee corner with an electric kettle and cups. Bottles of mineral water were provided too. Overall, it was a good stay. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near the Airport.

** Jangan lupa sediakan spt pisau , mangkuk , papan pemotong untuk setiap yg ada kitchen senang untuk masak klu cust mahu guna biarpun studio place . Piring pun skurang³ kasi extra hehe .
Tempat ok , cuma parking tidak di sediakan di setiap unit . Terpaksa cari sendiri , parking x banyak . Ada under managment byr rm 10/day .
Cuma weekend full house semua . So bertabah lah untuk mencari parking .
Mahu beli barang makanan ringan ada speedmart , kedai runcit & orange .
Tempat masih baru so , klu tempat makan ada cafe sja d dpn . Lain d sebelah bangunan ada food court & di area sna senang cari makan .
Cuma kalau lebih senang sesiap lah tapau makanan dr dluar, sbb susah cri park klu pack time . Sekian ulasan dari saya 🫶
