10/10 for Bangor! We stayed here for just one night and will definitely be returning! My sister has recently moved to Bangor for university and myself and my other sister came to visit her. The room was beautifully clean and well thought out. We purchased the Ultimate Wi-Fi for £5 and it was well worth the money as we wanted to stream a film in the evening and encountered no issues with connection. When we arrived we pressed a bell for someone to come and the man came within a couple of minutes and was really friendly, chatty and helpful sorting our car reg out for parking when reserving us a table for dinner. To get to our room you had to go just across from reception and the door to get to the rooms could only be opened with a key card so it was nice to know that even though weren’t in the main building that we felt safe. The restaurant staff were great our waitress led us to a table and noticed it was a little dirty so asked us to wait a moment while she cleaned it before we sat down. Food was delicious I recommend the salt and pepper calamari! The prices were extremely reasonable for the quality of the food. The atmosphere was lovely. 10/10. We slept well and were lovely and warm the room heated up in minutes after we turned it on. The check out was easy just popped our key in the box and off we went. A massive thank you to Nicola who emailed me to let me know I had left a small purse and has sorted out getting it back to me. 100% recommend visiting the area and if you want to stay in a reasonably priced hotel that is clean, friendly, safe and cosy then you should stay here!

We booked a standard room with 2 cooked breakfasts for 2 nights at a cost of £391. The room was typically standard with the exception that it was incredibly hot. Although a fan was provided it was inadequate to bring the room temperature down to a bearable level to sleep even with the window open. The result was 2 restless nights. Breakfast in the understaffed restaurant is served fast, but the restaurant is threadbare, grubby and everything is sticky and tired. Don't touch the tables or stand too long at the buffet as you will literally stick to the black greasy tar patch which used to be a carpet. Stay away from this place, overpriced, understaffed, grubby and no chance of sleeping if you get room 305.

Professional, charming and comfortable both accommodation, bar and food service - excellent value for money. After a long and tiring journey - a warm welcome and explanation of all the facilities by the friendly staff who also helped with getting on to the WiFi system.

Room 320 was at the end of the line. No Water Pressure in Shower or Sink Breakfast on one day was appalling. Spare Pillows stunk. Loo kept filling up due to a fault. I was made to feel like a criminal, when I said I'd like to pay with CASH. I immediately felt like a second grade customer having to prove who I was with ID. Shame on you Premier Inn.

The room was red hot and the staff had removed the batteries from the aircon so it could not be operated. A desktop fan was provided that was less than useless

Excellent stay at the Premier Inn, Bangor. We visited Wales recently, a local hotel had "lost" our booking and so we found ourselves stranded at 6pm on a Saturday night. We contacted the Premier Inn and managed to book two Premier Plus rooms and could not have been happier with them, wish we had booked with them in the first place. Kim on reception was exceptional, she turned a distressing situation into dream. Hotel is located a short taxi ride to the Zipline and Snowdon both of course a must see! Onsite restaurant pretty decent too. 10/10.

Lovely scenery a lot of countryside surrounds this hotel. On arrival staff are polite and welcoming. The rooms are good, bed comfortable and spacious bathrooms. I found the food decent plenty to choose from on the menu. Unfortunately the phone signal is poor but WiFi is okay.
