The hotel lacks too much: first, the issue of meals. A basic hotel has a menu even to serve fast foods like a sandwich or hamburger, but no, it was just what they served you. Oh, and also it's not a buffet, THEY SERVE YOU which slows down the service a lot, because there are like 5 waiters for the entire hotel. They don't give you a choice, it's either what they serve or no way, you're left hungry. Many times the food arrived cold, and was terrible. The juices were more water than juice, and the dessert they gave at the 2022 event looked like frozen meat because it was so cold. Second, the rooms had many flaws. The light was half on, but if you connected a hair dryer THE LIGHTS WERE ALMOST OUT. The outlets were damaged, the dirt from the place was visible in the corners, and no, there is no air conditioning. There is a medium fan that provides air to part of the bedroom, but it can be suffocating with the heat and you have to open everything or go out. Third, the bathroom door didn't even close properly. It was time to force her. The water in the shower was: either very boiling or very cold. There was no middle ground. Oh, and for Minibar they have a small empty refrigerator. At least there must be water, I don't see the purpose of that then. And the safe didn't even work. In short: the concept is good, but the execution terrible. I would not go back.

Desde que llegamos a la habitación se notaba que estaba sucio, con telarañas, con polvo, y en cuanto a las comidas que nos brindaron en el paquete, muy mal desayuno y muy mala cena, con recetas antiguas, nada variado, ni nada fresco. Al momento de hacer las respectivas quejas con los de la recepción la única respuesta recibida de parte de ellos era que todo estaba por mejorar. Respecto al Internet y a la red de televisión, no había recepción , además, después de una tormenta no tuvimos servicio de luz y agua, no pudimos bañarnos al otro día, la vía de acceso estaba en muy mal estaba, tanto que se daño el carro en la parte inferior. Por último ocurrió un percance y no lo solucionarían mientras estuvimos por fuera y al llegar nos encontramos el mismo problema. Por tal motivo no recomendamos que vivan esta experiencia.
