La peor experiencia de mi vida. Que comida más mala. Sin sabor, sin temperatura. Ni se les ocurra pedir el postre de Nutella, la paella de chicharrón ni el morrillo en salsa de tamarimdo. El servicio muy bueno y el hotel muy lindo, pero en realidad vonimos a comer.

Excelentes instalaciones tanto del hotel como el spa. Atención realmente personalizada y eficiente porque sólo son 7 habitaciones. Mucha tranquilidad. Recomendacion: ofrecer agua filtrada. El agua embotellada genera innecesariamente más plástico y es más costoso para el cliente.

We went to the spa and it was amazing. They have an infinity pool on one level and a jacuzzi, sauna and turkish bath on the lower level. We had the spa program called Restore spa. It had the sauna, turkish bath , jacuzzi as well as the whole body massage, exfoliation, facial hydration. There’s also dinner and the food was superb.

Lugar muy bonito, buena música pero comida fatal. Y lo peor es que el personal no aceptó que la comida era mala y se lo achacó al mal gusto de los 11 comensales de mi mesa. Lástima de comida en un sitio tan bello. Y un capitán obsecuente, que hizo la experiencia un poco triste.

No vayan a este Restaurante. te asignan mesas de forma arbitraria, cerca a la cocina y no permiten desplazarte para fotografias en el hotel (Dijeron que Por los huespedes, aunque estuvimos solos en todo el restaurante). Ademas el mesero Hamilton un desastre, muy mal elemento y al poner la queja, la administradora lo defiende. Vayan a otros hoteles spa aledaños Sazagua o Colinas por ejemplo comida de mejor calidad y mejor servicio.
