The lady did NOT introduce herself, she did not respond to our messages, nor to our calls, nor to the intercom. When I decided to change structure (so as not to remain on the street) the lady decided to respond by telling me that the intercom was broken (say it first, right? And why didn't she answer the calls on her cell phone??? And why didn't she answer the messages in the booking chat??) THE FACT is that now he has taken 120 euros from my card and I am taking legal action. Great experience, thanks Tusca House! Booking should remove her, this is stealing. Thief!
