The bathroom was still dirty and the fridge didn’t work

Beautiful facility. Love the open areas to congregate. Staff so sweet

Staff was friendly; good food at restaurant. Server very personable/professional

Property was great and room was large. Coffee maker didn’t work and half of the power outlets didn’t work. Overall a decent hotel.

The stay was great friendly service no waiting

The check in was running behind so we could not check in until after 6, the mattress was very hard, the heat never kicked in and it was already late at night before we got to our room. It's a beautiful place but we didn't have a good night's sleep. Staff is very pleasant. I wish I could give a stellar review but I can't 😞

No hot water for a morning shower

The hotel and room were excellent. The cleanliness, comfort, and atmosphere was top notch. But the breakfast experience was less than enjoyable. I paid $15 for a breakfast buffet when I made my reservation. However, when I went to eat, the staff had difficulty figuring this out. They didn’t seem to have any type of process to confirm that people had paid. The couple near me had the same issue. Other than the oatmeal, the food availability was nothing more than carbs. Cereal, waffles, muffins, bagels, and fruit cocktail was the only option. No hot food and no protein. I’ve stayed in hotels not as nice where the continental breakfast was excellent. But this was not that type of meal or experience. I was thoroughly disappointed.
