Had enjoyed my stay at Novotel Perth Murray Street with my family. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed hanging out at the lobby lounge to chill and catching with some emails after a long day out. We will be back!

Our room was upgraded to deluxe King room from Superior room. It was a very nice stay in this hotel. I like everything about this hotel.

We were upgraded to a bigger room so photos are not the rooms we originally booked. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Room was clean, service staff and amenities were amazing. Enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

The hotel had a standout positive feature: the water station in the lobby, which was a brilliant idea and added a refreshing touch for guests. Additionally, the valet service was consistently efficient, with quick pick-ups each time we needed the car. However, there is room for improvement in a few areas. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, and housekeeping was often delayed, sometimes only completing their service between 2-3 pm. The bed was also uncomfortable and could benefit from an upgrade to improve guests' overall sleep quality.

The windows are large and the sun shines brightly. The bed is clean and soft. The hotel replenishes tea bags and coffee every day.

Our first hotel 🏨 as soon as we touched down.
It was great as the staffs were all very friendly and approachable. Initially we have two separate bookings due to the change of our travel itinerary. Without any delay, one of the staff, helped us to combined them together without having us to do another round of checking in/out.
The breakfast was good too. Many varieties for us to choose and suitable for toddler.
