The hotel is very nice but unfortunately I was in a room that was extremely close to a very loud night club/venue. This only went quiet around midnight on a Sunday. I was offered a change of room late in the evening - at 11pm - but that was both impractical and largely pointless by that stage. Note that small rooms - at least - don't include a fridge or any coffee/tea making facilities. The dining room covers this to some extent.

A very pleasant stay. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Clean ,spacious room with very comfortable bed. There is a coin operated washer and dryer at level 2 laundry room .Per cycle cost AUD $4.Shops, Train station, busport ,restaurant and free CAT buses (blue and red line) just round the corner from the hotel. There is a halal restaurant opposite the hotel .

Well upkeep and maintained room despite facilities are a bit dated. Accessible location, in the centre of cafes and convenience stores. The best is the location is near to new year eve fireworks at Swan River. Just 10mins walk. Worth it!

Reaching the hotel from the convention centre in a 10-minute walk is walking through a little jungle with waterbirds, palm trees and beautiful nature. The hotel itself is a nice and friendly place, in convenient distance from the city centre. Helpful and friendly staff, parking on site and good breakfast choices.

Great service by all the staff. Even though we were probably a bit high maintenance, the staff all went out of their way for us. A pleasant stay..

We stayed in the motel for three days. The location of the motel was a huge advantage when it came to transportation, and its closeness to the central business district gave us opportunities to explore Perth with ease. The rooms were well furnished with appliances and amenities, and were very sanitary and clean. The staff took initiative to help us, whether it be with sightseeing recommendations, detailed directions or just to engage in pleasant conversation. They were very friendly and helpful. Our stay in Perth went incredibly smoothly, and I'd highly recommend this motel.

Clean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away. The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones. Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes. Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help. The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.

Very good service attitude, the room is clean and tidy, the design is very strong, and the extra coffee for breakfast is also free. It is worth noting that girls are best to bring a comb, because the hotel only provides hair dryers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. The free snacks and drinks are intimate, and the rain sprayed from the ceiling is very comfortable.

Hotel location is very good from London Court, 700 meters walk, 10 minutes walk, parking is relatively limited, if you need to book in advance, the room is small but the function is still complete. In the city center, it should be difficult to find a better price-performance apartment. If there is still a chance in the future Come to Perth, this will be my first choice.
