Great stay at this hotel, staff was attentive to our needs and we were happy with it.

Good location with Laundry facility, but the hotel is a bit old

The place is really good, good location and facility. Nice spa bath and shower. Staff friendly. They lost Foxtrot Unicorn bar as an amenity, but it's down the road, it's a great bar though, highly recommend. Pretty frustrating with the parking though, they really should own up and say they don't have parking, at least then you can plan ahead rather then the "oh yes first come best dressed" and when we turn up to park it was a 5 minute conversation on a terrible intercom, when all they needed to say is "there is no parking available"

The location is very convenient, the facilities are complete, the service is warm and the environment is good. The room has all kinds of equipment, including an iron for business travel, and someone does hygiene every day. It should be noted that Australian hotels do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers, so be sure to bring your own.
