the rooms I stayed were clean and location is very good there is food store next to hotel. no complaint at all at this rate

Stay another 2 nights altogether. Total 4 nights. Feel so good and relax to stay at this wonderful place called Criterion Hotel.

Location very good. In the city center. Bed abit soft. And difficult to find the parking near the hotel.

Exterior walls and stairways in poor shape, run down look. However my room was fine, large with a quiet fridge, good hot water and quiet. Reception staff very helpful

I have lost my caftan dress and made a report to the front desk,.unfortunately after investigating with their person for room cleaner and CCTV observation, they couldn't get any answer. I have requested for further investigation with the laundry dept but till now no explanation from them. They didn't offer any options. Bad experience

Great location for where I needed to go. Basic room with single beds, towels, shampoo, soap and tea/coffee with fridge. Locked entrance with swipe card access provided security feel. The 24 hours access was really handy for my late arrival and night outings. I appreciated the luggage hold as we used this during our stay.

Spacious and cozy place with multiple food options nearby. Basic necessities were provided too

Room 222: 1) Shower - shower head should be flexible to enable effective washing. There is no "soap holder" in the shower room. Shower door has no "door handle" from the inside. 2) Faulty safe box. 3) Dirty/stained table chairs. 4) Furnitures are quite old.

Good price to pay for its location. However not recommended to stay if you are a couple. Better suited for budget travellers

It’s not flash but it does the job for the price it’s at for one night. It really does need a lot of TLC.

Great location, building is a bit old but it has everything you need so no complaints considering its value.

Good value beds were old and needed a new mattress they had smart TV and the location was closed to every thing

Hotel may look a little run down but the room is acceptably clean. The bed is a little squeaky though. Location is superb with McDonald's and convenience store within a minute walk. Hotel staff are helpful.

The room is old and clearly not renovated since a while. The room was also smelly. It's not possible to open the windows, the AC didn't work. The stuff is very nice and I was able to leave my luggage after checkout and pick it up later. It's directly in the center and there is a supermarket close by. Seems to be a safe area, however when I left thr hotel a **** person started speaking to me without reasons. Felt uncomfortable in this situation. (nothing to do with the hotel). For 1 or 2 nights it's ok in my opinion.
