(Just a small suggestion: the hairdryer's power is a bit weak, and you have to hold down the button continuously, which is quite tiring. It would be great if you could replace it with a more powerful one.)

You can walk straight into the lake area, which is super convenient for catching the sunrise in the morning or strolling along the lakeside in the evening, without having to drive back and forth. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the hot water supply is stable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and parking is free. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, providing patient and detailed travel advice. This is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Sayram Lake.

GGuest UserSailimu Lake is so beautiful that I forgot to take pictures of the hotel.
Environment: The rooms are generally good, with a small courtyard, but the surroundings are still under construction, so you may not see much.
Because it is a newly built commercial area, it is very convenient to eat and shop around. There is also a Kudi near the hotel, and we didn’t forget our coffee.
The hotel is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. Generally, tourist groups will enter from the east gate and then exit from the north gate. I suggest entering from the north gate and exiting from the east gate to avoid the large group.

AAnonymous UserMy recent stay at your hotel revealed several areas needing improvement, and I'd like to offer some objective feedback for your consideration.
Firstly, despite being a newly opened hotel, it still feels incomplete. While exploring the premises, I noticed the staircase leading from the ground floor entrance to the courtyard was unfinished. There were no effective barriers or restrictions, allowing anyone to easily access the guest room areas, which poses a safety hazard.
Secondly, the hotel uses an older central air conditioning system. Most new hotels now feature independently adjustable AC units, so the limited temperature control was a drawback. For guests like me, who prefer a cooler room temperature, especially at night when individual adjustment is needed, this was quite inconvenient. I'm providing this feedback for other guests with similar needs.
Thirdly, staff training appears to be insufficient. After checking out, we left an item behind, but the hotel didn't proactively contact us; we had to call them. When we contacted the front desk, the staff member seemed quite uninformed and stated we'd have to wait until 10 AM the next morning for housekeeping to be available to check. Normally, there should be a clear handover process during checkout, and the duty manager should be aware of such situations. While the front desk eventually confirmed they found the item, the overall communication process was quite disorganized.
Subsequently, the general manager called to apologize, explaining the front desk staff member was new, and offered compensation. However, I believe the core issue isn't with individual employees but with overall training and scheduling. For example, inadequately trained new staff shouldn't be assigned to night shifts (we called around 1 AM). Furthermore, the general manager repeatedly emphasized during our call that he hoped we wouldn't leave a negative review, making the conversation somewhat drawn-out. Frankly, genuine guest experiences should be honestly reflected so that other potential guests can make informed decisions. Overly emphasizing the avoidance of negative feedback can be off-putting and deviates from the original goal of improving service quality.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the underfloor heating and air conditioning were super convenient, so it never got cold at night. Waking up early, you could head out to catch the sunrise and explore the grasslands, which was really pleasant. The service was also excellent; they offered pick-up and drop-off at the scenic area's visitor center.

It's a bit different from your typical chain hotel in terms of facilities, but it definitely has its own charm. We stayed in room A103, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to give us the best room available that day. That kind of service really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall experience. They have charging stations for electric vehicles, which is super convenient. From our room, we had floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Sayram Lake. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, so we got to enjoy it while watching the sunrise – a moment and a view I'll cherish forever. Even in early April, the room was warm thanks to the air conditioning.

GGuest UserThe service attitude of the young lady at the front desk was very good. When I entered the door last night to help with the luggage, I kept asking for warmth. It was very good and warm. I also prepared small snacks and hot tea for us. It's so cold, so heartwarming

LLiboboluoluoThe location is great, a bit off the road. You have to walk through the grasslands to the herders' territory, and you need the owner to lead the way. There are many horses, sheep, and even cattle grazing freely on the grassland. They live in yurts, one of which the owner's family also lives in. They have about 6 or 7 yurts in total, surrounded by a half-man-high fence. Cooking is done outside the yurt, and eating is done on a tatami table inside. The table is then tucked away to the side afterward. It's very quiet, and even though it's a bit off the road, you can still see the lake. The lake is on one side, and the grassland and mountains are on three sides—it's absolutely beautiful. We arrived just as the sun was setting, so we rented horses from the owner. Strolling through the grassland in the fading light, with the lake to the left and the mountains behind, it was a truly tranquil experience. The sky was filled with stars in the middle of the night, and even though it was cold, I still ran out to admire them several times.
The owner's wife's hand-pulled lamb (it has to be 1 kg or it won't cook well, and it's a huge pot) is absolutely delicious 😋. We couldn't finish the rice and stir-fried dishes, but we almost finished the mutton and soup.

GGuest UserIn order to visit Sailimu Lake during the off-season period, I chose to book a yurt for one night~
The 5-point praise given by everyone is because I prepared myself mentally before going to the yurt, but it was really much better than I expected! ! The yurt is very warm and clean, and my uncle provided firewood in advance.
Although it is true that there are dry toilets and no bathing, the feeling of following the locals also gave me a very novel experience. In the morning, my husband used a kettle (a cassette stove and a kettle that he brought with him) to help me wash my hair. There are always more ways than difficulties.
Uncle, aunt, and Xiaoye are very enthusiastic. The spicy and sour potato shreds and tomato scrambled eggs made by aunt are really my mother's taste~The mutton is really fragrant~
There was also a super beautiful Milky Way and shooting stars. The two of them drank and took pictures of the stars and played until 3 o'clock at night.
Forgive the city children for not seeing the world.
I really like it here, but I can’t stay another night because of my schedule, but I will immediately recommend it to my friends who are going next!
Anyway, I heard that April and May are the most beautiful seasons in Sailimu Lake. See you there~

GGuest UserThe yurt is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. The location can directly see the lake. The boss will drive to the north gate to pick it up. The yurt is very large, even if it rains, it is much safer than camping. Heating is a charcoal stove. When you just burn it, you can wear short sleeves. It is a bit cold after the middle of the night. You can let the boss prepare some charcoal and wake up at night. The boss and the proprietress are very good. They can eat at home and experience authentic styles. After eating the mutton skewers, they didn’t have time to take pictures. The fried mutton should be braised. The mutton is very delicious. The sheep skin that was just killed in the morning is still on the ground. It is highly recommended to stay in the experience, you can watch the night view and sunset, and it is also convenient to get up early to watch the sunrise and drive around the lake. There are voles, sheep, cattle, horses and other small animals on the grass.
