AAnonymous UserThis hotel, located in the Sayram Lake hotel cluster, offers excellent value for money. Compared to other hotels that easily cost four figures, this one is much more budget-friendly.
Service: The service was exceptional. After visiting Sayram Lake, we arrived at the hotel past 10 PM. The security guard at the entrance saw us from afar and came out to help with our luggage. At the front desk, our room keys were already prepared, and check-in was very quick. (Although the room was booked for double breakfast, they saw there were three of us and immediately provided three breakfast vouchers.) When we called because a set of towels was missing, it was delivered promptly. Upon check-out, we even received complimentary fridge magnets (very generous, one for each of us).
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was impressive. There was absolutely no dust on handrails or the top of the clothes hangers. The bedsheets were also very clean.
Facilities: The hotel is newly built, so all the facilities are still quite new. The family room was very convenient, with bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs (though the shower water pressure upstairs was a bit low and it was a 3-in-1 unit). The doorknob in the downstairs toilet was a bit loose. Parking is available right at the entrance, and the soundproofing was decent. The breakfast selection was also quite rich.

The location is at the entrance of the East Gate of Sailimu Lake. The front desk is warm and the processing speed is fast. It will also help with luggage. The room equipment is quite complete. The hygiene is also very clean. There is no smell, and you can wash clothes.
Recommended! Next time I come to Sailimu Lake, I will choose this 👍🏼

AAnonymous UserMy recent stay at your hotel revealed several areas needing improvement, and I'd like to offer some objective feedback for your consideration.
Firstly, despite being a newly opened hotel, it still feels incomplete. While exploring the premises, I noticed the staircase leading from the ground floor entrance to the courtyard was unfinished. There were no effective barriers or restrictions, allowing anyone to easily access the guest room areas, which poses a safety hazard.
Secondly, the hotel uses an older central air conditioning system. Most new hotels now feature independently adjustable AC units, so the limited temperature control was a drawback. For guests like me, who prefer a cooler room temperature, especially at night when individual adjustment is needed, this was quite inconvenient. I'm providing this feedback for other guests with similar needs.
Thirdly, staff training appears to be insufficient. After checking out, we left an item behind, but the hotel didn't proactively contact us; we had to call them. When we contacted the front desk, the staff member seemed quite uninformed and stated we'd have to wait until 10 AM the next morning for housekeeping to be available to check. Normally, there should be a clear handover process during checkout, and the duty manager should be aware of such situations. While the front desk eventually confirmed they found the item, the overall communication process was quite disorganized.
Subsequently, the general manager called to apologize, explaining the front desk staff member was new, and offered compensation. However, I believe the core issue isn't with individual employees but with overall training and scheduling. For example, inadequately trained new staff shouldn't be assigned to night shifts (we called around 1 AM). Furthermore, the general manager repeatedly emphasized during our call that he hoped we wouldn't leave a negative review, making the conversation somewhat drawn-out. Frankly, genuine guest experiences should be honestly reflected so that other potential guests can make informed decisions. Overly emphasizing the avoidance of negative feedback can be off-putting and deviates from the original goal of improving service quality.

GGuest UserThis hotel has a unique, camp-style vibe, and I highly recommend it for road trips. It's a bit different from your typical chain hotel in terms of facilities, but it definitely has its own charm. We stayed in room A103, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to give us the best room available that day. That kind of service really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall experience. They have charging stations for electric vehicles, which is super convenient. From our room, we had floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Sayram Lake. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, so we got to enjoy it while watching the sunrise – a moment and a view I'll cherish forever. Even in early April, the room was warm thanks to the air conditioning.

The surrounding scenery was absolutely stunning, the air was fresh, and the views were gorgeous both morning and evening. The owner was kind and honest, and the service was excellent. If you want to quietly enjoy the scenery and experience nomadic life, you can definitely check it out!

LLiboboluoluoThe location is great, a bit off the road. You have to walk through the grasslands to the herders' territory, and you need the owner to lead the way. There are many horses, sheep, and even cattle grazing freely on the grassland. They live in yurts, one of which the owner's family also lives in. They have about 6 or 7 yurts in total, surrounded by a half-man-high fence. Cooking is done outside the yurt, and eating is done on a tatami table inside. The table is then tucked away to the side afterward. It's very quiet, and even though it's a bit off the road, you can still see the lake. The lake is on one side, and the grassland and mountains are on three sides—it's absolutely beautiful. We arrived just as the sun was setting, so we rented horses from the owner. Strolling through the grassland in the fading light, with the lake to the left and the mountains behind, it was a truly tranquil experience. The sky was filled with stars in the middle of the night, and even though it was cold, I still ran out to admire them several times.
The owner's wife's hand-pulled lamb (it has to be 1 kg or it won't cook well, and it's a huge pot) is absolutely delicious 😋. We couldn't finish the rice and stir-fried dishes, but we almost finished the mutton and soup.

GGuest UserIf you can stand the dry toilets in the countryside, come here! I actually lived in the summer pasture of Kazakh herdsmen! The experience is superb! The sunset, the starry sky, the sunrise, the flock of cattle and sheep, the enthusiastic puppy. There are so many sheep's screams. The mottled rats running on the hillside in the morning. Before going up the mountain, I washed the parking lot at the point. I also brought some tap water in the bottle and prepared some wet tissues. I could clean it myself and simply washed it at night. The boudoir was built with a stove, not cold, and hot water was burned. The landlord sent small peach and small apricots, sweet! The key is to see the sheep up close, and also ride the horse, happy! There is electricity available at night.

GGuest UserThe yurt is at the north gate of Sailimu Lake. The location can directly see the lake. The boss will drive to the north gate to pick it up. The yurt is very large, even if it rains, it is much safer than camping. Heating is a charcoal stove. When you just burn it, you can wear short sleeves. It is a bit cold after the middle of the night. You can let the boss prepare some charcoal and wake up at night. The boss and the proprietress are very good. They can eat at home and experience authentic styles. After eating the mutton skewers, they didn’t have time to take pictures. The fried mutton should be braised. The mutton is very delicious. The sheep skin that was just killed in the morning is still on the ground. It is highly recommended to stay in the experience, you can watch the night view and sunset, and it is also convenient to get up early to watch the sunrise and drive around the lake. There are voles, sheep, cattle, horses and other small animals on the grass.
