My family stayed here as I had been curious as to what this place was like seemsmed pretty decent, however most all staff except 2-3 were terrible, historically absolutely terrible treating all of us horribly. Never received any change of bedding amd we were here total of about close to 3 weeks give or take only changing rooms once with a one night break in between. I scrubbed the customer laundromat it was absolutely not acceptable and did not dry due to build up of old lint. Mini fridge wasn't working amd cost us a ton of money wasting our food. Just poor service and non working appliances.

The place looks nice and clean in the lobby, when I got yo my to my room, I was shocked to find out that the tub in the bathroom was all shipped on the inside and some of the hardware were sticking out of it. It looked so creepy. However the staff are so friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was awful. The tub itself was rusty and the on it was peeling off. It needed to be resurfaced really bad. The water was coming through the shower curtain onto the floor when taking a shower. These things were unacceptable however I prepaid for my stay via ******* for several days due to my daughter graduating from the military at Fort Gregg-Adams. You all just need some renovations in order to keep up with other properties.

WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!! This hotel triple charged me for the rooms! The front desk staff are rude and UNHELPFUL. I was told the General Manager would call me within 5 days - that was 10 days ago!!! The room itself was nice and the stay was good for what we needed. However, I will NEVER refer someone to this hotel nor will we ever stay here again.

This place is a dump! I don’t know what people are talking about when they leave such high reviews. The bathroom is nasty and I think the tub is dirtier than I was after a day at the lake. No safe in the rooms, smells like mold and mildew. Same with the dimly lit pool. Don’t be fooled by pictures or mention of a hot tub -it’s been removed and covered over.

We didn’t have any air in our room for 2 nights. When maintenance came, he said give it time to rest & we should be fine. We left our room for a couple hours to come back to our room being scorching hot. We had to go buy a fan. When we told front desk, I asked for a discount & all they gave me back was $40……So they basically paid for the fan cause that’s how much it was. Dont think I’d be staying here again. Along with the lady at the desk the morning we checked out who couldn’t look me in my face & was talking so quiet I had to ask her to speak up. She acted like she didn’t wanna talk to me or being around me but was all in them white folks face smh.
