We had an amazing stay in the Venus hotel, it is the perfect place to explore Petra and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect a few mins walk from Petra and the staff were incredibly welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We got upgraded to a balcony room which was lovely. The rooms have everything you could need including water, a fridge, AC and USB charging ports. The bed was comfy and the hotel was very quiet at night we slept great and there was free parking. We got room service for dinner which was perfect as we were exhausted after a full day of travelling. Breakfast had lots of options and was lovely. The hotel does a lunch box for 5 dinars which is great for Petra as there is limited food options. Inside there is two sandwiches, two pieces of fruit, tomato and cucumber, a chocolate croissant and a bottle of water. We had a lovely stay at Venus and would highly recommend!! It has everything you need throughout your stay at Petra and the staff are so welcoming!

the hotel is so great and the service they offer is amazing it's great and have whatever you need for us after we booked a 4* hotel in petra and didn't stay there then we move to Venus hotel and it was amazing and worth the amount we paid and even more

Hospedei-me no Hotel Vênus por uma noite e tive uma excelente experiência. Recebido pelo Sr Anas e seu Staff, me foram apresentados, in loco, as acomodações disponíveis. Todos apartamentos muito limpos, modernos, com requintes de conforto. A relação Custo x Benefício foi ótima. O Hotel oferece um ótimo e variado buffet de jantar, bem como Café da manhã. Sua localização é excelente, a uma curta caminhada até a entrada do Complexo. Estacionamento gratuito em frente. O Sr Anas foi muito gentil e atencioso, inclusive auxiliando em assuntos alheios à gestão do Hotel. Foi uma hospedagem muito boa.

Maginifico hotel a dos minutos a pie de la entrada de Petra, la atencion del personal fantastica desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, te explican todo e intentan ayudar en lo que pueden. Las habitaciones estupendas, la nuestra con balcon muy agradable. Un 10 en todo Muy recomendable

L'hotel è in una ottima posizione quasi di fronte all'ingresso di Petra ma questa, purtroppo, è l'unica nota davvero positiva. Le camere sono modeste ( e me lo aspettavo) ma la pulizia lascia davvero a desiderare. Il bagno e la doccia con tanto calcare. Un fatto a mio parere inconcepibile è lasciare il bagno alla mattina con un asciugamano sporco sul pavimento (involontariamente lo avevo sporcato) e ritrovarselo alla sera ripiegato sul porta asciugamano come se niente fosse, il pavimento non è stato nemmeno passato, ho dovuto chiedere un altro asciugamano ( 2 volte) e attendere per potermi lavare circa 20 minuti. Le camere danno sul piazzale e già alla mattina presto, soprattutto i BUS fanno un po' rumore Colazione molto scarsa e poco fornita. Se si arriva tardi si trovano solo le briciole e il pane secco del giorno prima. Non abbiamo provato la cena ma, oltre alla tristezza della sala, non prometteva per niente bene.

Encantador hotel en el que el trato es muy familiar, el descanso es bueno por sus camas y colchones y aunque no hay ruidos de fuera si se oye bastante a los inquilinos en el pasillo, este es el único pero que le pongo a todo el hotel. Su ubicación es inmejorable y va a hacerte disfrutar mucho de Petra

I stayed in this hotel for three nights and had a really bad time. Here is a summary. CONS: - Soundproofing. At night you can hear the noise of a pump which is unfortunately always on, both during the day and at night. If you are a light sleeper it will be hard to fall asleep. - Room quality. My room was small and dilapidated. As soon as I arrived the bathroom drain was faulty (but it was fixed) and the shower was leaking water. PROS: - Location. Extremely close to the Petra site.

Emplacement idéal très proche de l'entrée du site. Petit hôtel ambiance calme familiale. Buffet correct bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre simple mais propre. Sdb un peu vieillotte. Personnel accueillant
