Beautiful location with wonderful staff who are happy to help with any queries. The lakeside rooms are very comfortable and the views are outstanding. The restaurant's seasonal menu was delicious and wait staff paired the food with superb wines. The lake's environment is magnificent for interesting walks with it's incredible micro climate where you find bananas next to camellias. You need a car to explore the local area or the hotel can organise a driver or taxi. Highly recommend Hotel Giardinetto for a perfect holiday.

Hele fijne accommodatie! Ortameer is vele rustiger als de andere meren. Je kan hier echt tot rust komen. Zeer vriendelijk, lekker restaurant, kindvriendelijk, fijn zwembad en meer!

Spent 6 nights at this hotel as part of a small tour group. No-one could fault any aspect of it. The rooms were very comfortable, with a fabulous view of the lake. The food was excellent, and the staff were amazing. I would definitely recommend a stay there.

The location of this hotel is superb. The pool overlooking the lake is second to none and was worth the stay for that alone. The restaurant put on a great dinner as well. The actual hotel room was simple and sufficient, but the mattress had a really musty smell that kept me up for hours, until I used towels as a barrier to block the smell. The breakfast should be skipped as well. But oh that view from the pool!

Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr hilfsbereitem und freundlichem Personal. Auch der Parkplatz ist kostenfrei. Die Lage direkt am See ist ein echtes Highlight. Das zugehörige Restaurant ist etwas hochpreisig, aber qualitativ sehr gut.

We visited the hotel with a coach party. The weather was unkind but the hotel was very good. They catered for my dietary needs and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a lovely location overlooking the lake.

L'albergo ha una splendida posizione sul lago, una vista magnifica dalla terrazza, personale gentile ed efficiente. Le camere, però, meriterebbero una rinfrescata: il mobilio è datato, l'effetto complessivo un po' fané e quelle dal lato strada risultano un po' rumorose. Basterebbe un piccolo sforzo di rinnovamento per farne un autentico gioiello. Comunque, un hotel apprezzabile.
