We stayed 4 nights at this hotel Overall the facilities are second to none and the staff is really friendly. But there were some things that surprised us a bit. Example 1 Upon arrival we got the opportunity to pay 30 % upfront. If we didn’t do that, we didn’t have the opportunity to put drinks, food etc. on the room, but we would instead have to pay cash (or credit card) each time. We asked why, but we didn’t really get an explanation about why that was the policy. We have never tried to pay deposit like that on a 5 star hotel before. Example 2 As mentioned earlier there are nothing to put on the staff. They are super service minded, polite and friendly. But when we are at a hotel like this, we expected the staff to at least speak some English. Of course some of them spoke ok English, but in general we used a lot of pictures and Google translate, just to be able to communicate properly. Example 3 Mini bar selection. When you open the freeze in the room it is empty. So the concept is that you shall contact them every time you want something. The selection was a little poor in our opinion. For instance no chips, Oreos etc, but just mainly something to drink.

The best hotel in Mui Ne, the best-managed beach, the beach is wide, the lifeguards at the swimming pool and the beach are hardworking and always on duty, and the hotel also has life jackets available. The room service staff are also very attentive. The only disadvantage of the bathroom is that the shower room is too open, and the water from the shower will splash all over the floor. I have to ask the customer service staff to help dry it. They are very responsible and careful in their work.

Super space for a few days in Mui Ne something apart from the whole trubel on the beach promenade... Hotel is very clean and generous. Super price performance. In the lobby (and at all) some post-community charm, so somehow country-type and by (positive) different from all Hiltons and Marriots of the world. However, capitalist limosine and heli service - who needs it absolutely! Beautiful large, very clean pool and great view. Golf course directly on the facility. Free shuttle (constantly) to the hotel's beach (very windy but beautiful view) is also super practical! And all in the whole resort are super friendly and helpful. English language is also available (individual but sufficient). The bar in the ”hall” of the people” does not convince - but there are (free) some billiard tables and karaoke for it. And it is open 24/7. Breakfast is good and rich. You are better and beautiful outside at night! We have enjoyed the three days in total! JM

It is a Vietnamese-style resort hotel. Although the hotel rooms cannot see the sea, it is not far from the sea. The soft beach feels better than Nha Trang. Breakfast was pretty good, and lunch was at the hotel’s Vietnamese restaurant, which is divided into three regions: northern, central and southern Vietnam. It tasted very good, especially the fried noodles, which were very popular with children (Picture 3). For dinner, I went to Mr. Crab a few kilometers away as recommended by the hotel staff. Although it was crowded and the hygiene was average, the seafood tasted better than the seafood I had eaten in Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam (Pictures 4 and 5). The room is not big and not very soundproofed. The bathroom is also very cramped.

If you're looking for a quiet place outside of the city, look no more. I loved the private beach, it was much cleaner than the rest of the shore. The sunrise walk on the beach is the must! Red dunes are also only 5 minutes away. Breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of the day. Be aware that the pool only works till 6 pm. The gym was really cool. New equipment, open till 9. The staff was incredible, always smiling, helpful, and attentive. Shout out to receptionists Thang!

The resort is all extensive that you do not even need to leave the resort. The location itself is great if you want to have a quiter retreat, away from the bustling of Mui Ne. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes drive to central Mui Ne. Though, everything is here and you can spend days without going out. Every morning, I am awaken by the birds chirping and sounds of the crickets instead of the hustling and bustling of the city or traffic so this is good. I find that the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great and the guest relation officers who are always ever-willing to provide some insights. Their tours are somewhat comparable to outside prices (especially for a personalised one as compared to shared tours). There is a lift directly opposite to my room, and I could hear people drunkenly walking to the lift or talking while waiting for it. The resort has predominently European tourists who at times could be rowdy and difficult as they kept cutting me when I wanted to check-in disallowing the receptionist to focus on me. Nevertheless, the treatment provided by the staff are the same. I only have one major issue where I had booked a massage and the masseuse waited in the room for me to undress instead of allowing me time to prepare myself which is the norm. There were also no drinks (as per normal customs) provided after the massage for a resort that is of such high luxury.

Wonderful resort in a tropical, well-maintained garden. Additionally paid massage is good value for money. Breakfast - wide choice of tasty dishes. Later in the afternoon - restaurant a la carte. Staff - really friendly and helpful. Pleasant, relaxing stay after 10-day-travelling around Vietnam. Pools - really refreshing water, nice pool bar. Beach - fine, wide but the sea rather rough in February, rather for surfing, kite surfing not swimming. I recommend the stay here. Unfortunately, the area outside the resort premises - poor, dirty and neglected.

It was nice that they provided free coffee and refreshments from 3 to 4 p.m. I stayed for 2 nights, but I asked for my room to be cleaned, so it was inconvenient... It's nice to walk around the Rajotte... The pool was 1.5m, so everyone except me, who was afraid of water, played in the water. The pool water was a bit cloudy.

Сейчас в отеле, номера, питание, территория достойного европейского уровня. Апгрейд номеров через дорогу на стандарт у моря 400 000донгов, на бунгало 1000 000донгов в день. Отель в меру заполнен. Цены на все в отеле сильно выше чем на улице. Территория вся в зелени, из живности замечены ящерицы, белки, большие тараканы, одна крыса, но никто не напрягает. Завтраки достойные, питание на улице дешевле и лучше. Дают бесплатные велосипеды, ржавое ломье, один не доехал до выхода, на втором спадала цепь каждый км, чуть докатили назад, руки по локоть в смазке, но при упорство можно доскрипеть километров 10-15 на свой страх и риск, со второй попытки доехали до рыбацкой деревни. В море купаться комфортно до обеда, потом прилив и сильные волны, есть волнорез вдоль берега, пару раз ужалили медузы (их немного но здоровенные) до волдырей, вроде само проходит. Дожди есть только в прогнозах. Из цен на улице: дуриан 100 000донгов за кг, фреши 15 000, кокос 20 000, суп фо 50 000, ужин примерно 300 000, качественный ром 160-200 000, пиво 13 000, такси в хошимин 75 долларов. Туристов мало, ресторанчики все пустые. Итог: тель хороший, удачно расположен, для спокойного нетусовочного отдыха, могу рекомендовать к заказу

1/ The location of this resort in the sea area has a lot of solid waste, the sand on the shore has many black sand like oil or not clean. This is a heavy minus point that I will hardly come back to the resort again. 2/ Dining services including breakfast buffet, gym, yoga is generally good. 3/ The minus point is heavy and I will not choose to come back to this resort is that the room has power outages many times during the night (turn off and open and then turn it off ....) I went in mid-July, the season started to rain so it was hot and I couldn't sleep because there was no air conditioning. One night I had to wake up many times to turn on the air conditioner because the kids couldn't sleep. 4/ The bed is equipped with mattresses and pillows, what kind of anti-slip layer that makes it rusty every time you come back ... in general, it makes people sleep unable to sleep well. But if you don't sleep well, people are dreaming, some of my friends say that this resort has a problem (about spiritual ...) so you sleep asleep circle :). I am also so I don't know how. 5/ My family almost got arrested for a pair of slippers because the children brought a moving between the rooms (the children found the slippers). I think I agree to pay compensation for the slippers but it must be completely new slippers, and the slippers at the resort are old and very old slippers, I don't know how to compensate if I lose the slippers, I must be very annoyed. I said so because no one will definitely take such old sandals for what. Unfortunately I didn't have a picture of the pair of slippers. This room has two bedrooms, and the bedroom inside has no windows. A small living room in the middle but the soundproofing is not good. The overall house feels dark. The architectural style of the hotel outside is very good. It is a refurbished hotel. The combination of gray walls and wooden doors is very advanced. The hotel is not big, it is very close to the front desk or the beach. There are two swimming pools, one 1.9 deep, one 1.2 deep, and a children's water park is more fun. Sometimes the beach is completely submerged, but there is still sand after the tide. The restaurant breakfast is average, the choice is relatively small, and the price of a la carte is expensive. This were first time in Vietnam and when we came home today I saying too my wife this where really holiday, when we arrived we were surprised by the Hotel ! The garden and pool aria are like botanic garden / jungle, Room nothing to complain about As hole hotel aria are in good standards nothing that’s broken, Best are breakfast ! Nothing is missing 2 chefs doing cooking Asien / western food. The manager Ibrahim I think were the name came every day and check at every thing were okay. The stay at the hotel was charming. Upon arrival we exchanged our room for a beach villa for a modest fee. The breakfasts were adapted to local customs, but given that we were probably the only Europeans in the hotel, this is completely understandable. But we always had enough to eat. The other dishes were also very tasty. We took a taxi to the beach not far from the hotel, a beautiful clean beach where we were alone. We wanted to take a trip to Da Lat, which the very nice receptionist willingly arranged for us, the full-day trip with an English-speaking driver at a great price was amazing. The hotel is very nice, for the first time in Asia and stayed satisfied. The room we got with the balcony on the road, so it was noisy, the windows opened opposite each other to breathe at least some night, humidity high and warm. In the rooms clean, every day give a litre of water, toothbrushes, shampoo, air conditioner and gel, vatty sticks.Cleaned every day, towels changed every day too. The mattresses were not very good, but in principle not tense. Hot water was always. Breakfasts are very tasty and varied, fruits, even though not season, were every day and singing. They gave rice, pasta, Vietnamese soups, becon, sausages good, potatoes (fried, purée), cucu-cuz and many different trimmings. The food prices in the hotel restaurant are relatively small, more expensive than in the streets but acceptable and edible. Staff speak English not very much as Russian. But everything with phones and translator can be agreed without problems. The beach is clean and all of the shells, but it was not lying on it at our time of arrival - the sea came to the wall itself. Going a little further on the left is dirty and smells unpleasant, and on the right is concrete embankment, so with the beach is very lucky. The waves are strong and very fun, we have not regretted once that we went to such a sea (there are just areas with the sea calm) Food near the hotel can be very cheap and delicious. The servings are huge, 60% food with a squeeze or to serve with a sharp sauce. Alcohol is cheap, beer copies, tequila is not bathing and relatively inexpensive. Massage was very enjoyable at the hotel itself, girls are doing very well. The price was very pleasant $10 an hour. They do a real hour with scrape and ether oil something similar to a balsam star. The husband does not like massage, but remained in full delight and we went not once! For such a price! Hotel is advised for a quiet and quiet rest, children were not many in our trip. As a matter of fact, animals are allowed here and we have 2 furry dogs running here. The pool is open until 22:00 and warm, after sunset to swim one pleasure. The territory is very nice, lots of flowers and cactus, installations (sparks, frogs, Buddha, etc.) all laid out with tiles (traumatic and cuffy). One word for a rude and simple tourist is just a fairy tale! )

Spend 6 nights at Victoria Mui ne, staffs is courteous and friendly. Quiet environment for a perfect relaxing holidays. This resort is a bit dated, need probably a refurbished especially the terraces of the rooms. Rooms and showers is in colonial style, make us feel exotic place far away to disconnect ourselves with noisy urban town. Kid club is a bit old, but services and activities for children are efficient. My daughter loves to go there and make all the crafts activities. There are 2 pools, we spent most of our time at the infinity pool. More quiet and amazing views on the sea. All in all, we did enjoy our time there.

My friend and I booked a room for two nights here and ended up staying one more night. It looks almost brand new inside and outside the hotel. I need to take off my shoes when I go to the hotel, I think it's good. The bed was hard, but the room was nice, clean, air conditioning was good, and there was a ceiling fan. The receptionist was sweet and my friend and I discussed some things with him about Denmark and Vienna and the government. He was very friendly and spoke fluent English. There is a nice supermarket at the reception, the price is reasonable, a large bottle of water only needs 10K, and a can of Coke is also 10K. I would definitely recommend everyone to come here.

The resort is all extensive that you do not even need to leave the resort. The location itself is great if you want to have a quiter retreat, away from the bustling of Mui Ne. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes drive to central Mui Ne. Though, everything is here and you can spend days without going out. Every morning, I am awaken by the birds chirping and sounds of the crickets instead of the hustling and bustling of the city or traffic so this is good. I find that the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great and the guest relation officers who are always ever-willing to provide some insights. Their tours are somewhat comparable to outside prices (especially for a personalised one as compared to shared tours). There is a lift directly opposite to my room, and I could hear people drunkenly walking to the lift or talking while waiting for it. The resort has predominently European tourists who at times could be rowdy and difficult as they kept cutting me when I wanted to check-in disallowing the receptionist to focus on me. Nevertheless, the treatment provided by the staff are the same. I only have one major issue where I had booked a massage and the masseuse waited in the room for me to undress instead of allowing me time to prepare myself which is the norm. There were also no drinks (as per normal customs) provided after the massage for a resort that is of such high luxury.

Mui Ne is the favorite part of this trip to Vietnam. The hotel environment is very good. There is a balcony with a sea view. There is a hammock. The hotel has a swimming pool but it is deep. There are a lot of lounge chairs next to it. The breakfast is good. The front desk can communicate in English and can help to go the next morning. Jeep watching the sunrise. By the way, there is a bar in the hotel, but almost all Russian backpackers are there at night. The hotel is down half a mountain and there is a road directly opposite the sea.

Hotel is old. It used to belong to the Desole network, it was the best in Muni. Now it is only a year as it opened after the pandemic, people are not. Vietnamese come to rest on the weekend. One day we were all alone in the hotel and so 1 corpse is open near the sea. The room is mostly old, made a small repair, the air conditioner is crazy. The food is excellent when there are no people, you order on the menu as much as you want. Staff is kind. Although when we arrived to settle, they were not ready and surprised that we arrived. Overall the impression was positive, but the hotel needs repair

Relatively speaking, the price is not high. The location is relatively remote, far from the seafood market, 15-20 minutes by motorcycle, but it is relatively close to the white sand dunes. The rooms are well-equipped, but relatively old, and the floors are not very clean. The service was good. The front desk of the hotel helped contact the station to inquire about the ticket. There was also a very impressive one. From the seafood market back to the hotel, we took a small path to a small restaurant.

The room is spacious with a lot of wood. The bathroom is simple but has no window that you can close. So when the neighborhood association had a party up to 1 hour in the night you heard this. The light switches to turn the light out above the bed, are behind the bed, and so many people have to move their bed in the evening, and you hear it clearly, and the staff speak and hardly understand English. They're going through it stuck and helplessly. It takes 10 minutes before you get your fruit juice. Breakfast is moderate. Pools are fine. There is no beach and waste is in the fire.

This little resort is tucked away in the quieter part of Mui Ne. Located overlooking the ocean, it’s a perfect place to relax and take in the sound of the waves. Ms Phuong and her staff are just lovely, and ready to help with anything you need, whether it’s a taxi pick up from Binh Thuan station, to rent a scooter for the day (they have them on-site) or some local knowledge / advice on things to do in the area. We were lucky enough to be given the bungalow overlooking the ocean. It was a good size, with excellent air conditioning. The shower had a hand-held shower head, so different to what we’re used to, but the water was hot if needed, so we had no complaints. No tea/coffee making facilities in the bungalow, but the staff were more than happy to bring a tray with Vietnamese coffee in a filter and a thermos to your bungalow so you can make the perfect coffee on your balcony and watch the waves while you sip away. The pool overlooks the ocean and was well maintained. We spent a lot of time alternating between the pool and the sun beds - it was such a relaxing stay. There are several restaurants and cafes close by, including the Chill Out Bar, a groovy little place with great cocktails and yummy food. I got up everyone to watch a spectacular sunrise and the fishermen out at sea. As mentioned in other reviews, there’s not much beach left. We did manage a couple of swims at low tide, but to be honest, I was more than happy to relax under the trees on the sun beds and take a dip in the pool every now and then. There’s a beach a few minutes walk south if you really want it... We really loved our stay and will go back to Hiep Hoa next time we’re in that area.
