If you’re traveling out of Philadelphia International Airport, you can’t beat the location. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly.

The hotel is very good. It is very close to the airport. It is a long-established hotel. It is very comfortable, clean and tidy. This is the first time I have come to this hotel, but I like it very much. I will stay here again next time I come to Philadelphia.

The hotel is located in the airport area, and the corridor on the second floor can directly lead to the departure hall of the terminal building, which is a good choice for early and late passengers. The passenger flow at Philadelphia Airport is very large. The waiting line for the security check at 4:00 a.m. was so long that I was stunned. Even if it takes more than 5 minutes to go through the hotel corridor to the departure hall, we still need to reserve enough time for check-in and security check. of. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant during my stay, and the dessert tasted good.

You can walk from the airport inside to the hotel. It's long, but doable. They also provide a van shuttle service, which is great. Across the street from all car rental companies. Good restaurant with room service.

Convient location, front desk staff and shuttle driver were amazing. A bit pricey though, but overall positive experience.

Had a 1-night stay with my child on the way to see family in NJ. Was very convenient and walkable from terminal D. Check-in was smooth. Z checked us in and was very friendly and helpful! Room was standard and clean. Room service for dinner was prompt. Food was good (standard hotel prices for room service, of course). There is a coffee shop with various snacks and muffins/baked goods in it. We were able to pick up our breakfast from there and then walk across the street to the Avis car rental (which was also a great place to rent a car from). Would definitely stay here again the next time I travel via Philadelphia Airport.

Shuttle service was great and getting from airport to the hotel is super easy. Johan was very helpful with that. Room was ok, felt like it smelled when I got there and there were no hand soap. I went downstairs to get dinner and ate the Brussels sprouts salad and had 1 beer and wasn’t feeling the best right away when I came back after dinner. I was so sick from that salad and was puking all night. Barely made it to my flight the next morning. Will never be back to this property.

Staff is so friendly very nice and clean facility convenient and has a shuttle available

The parking policy has changed and is limiting the ability to conveniently access and unload luggage. The new policy penalizes guests of the hotel and makes it very inconvenient. They are charging 2x the amount of the parking garage rate! And the hotel does not warn guests of this parking penalty before arrival, thus creating an annoyance for unsuspecting guests.

The information (or lack of) that was presented to us about parking during check in varied between two different staff. During check out, the woman was most helpful. I forgot her name but she had remembered mine after I got coffee. She is African American and has short hair. Thanks to her. Also, The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
