Simply excellent.
The hotel is ideally located, just a few steps from the edge of the Tonle Sap, a short walk from the Royal Palace.
Quite a few restaurants nearby, offering Khmer or Western cuisine. A 7-eleven also less than 300m away.
Very good quality equipment: comfortable beds, air conditioning, equipped bathroom... The two swimming pools are very pleasant, especially the one on the roof, which offers a very beautiful view.
The staff is warm and efficient: they will happily recommend restaurants or activities in the surrounding area.
Little extra, especially if you want to travel to several destinations in the country without being too busy: they offer a free luggage storage service for the first week.
If we had to find one thing to complain about, it would be that the breakfast is rather basic. It honestly does the job, but it's the only service that isn't at the same level of excellence as the others.

The room I booked with a balcony facing the street was too noisy. There was also an outdoor air conditioner next to it, which was almost non-stop day and night. I changed to a room the next day. There was no balcony and the roof was covered in mold. The experience was terrible. The waiters were very enthusiastic and the breakfast was pretty good. It's close to the main attractions and you can see the Tonle Sap River. Not recommended.

The hotel is located between the night market and the Royal Palace of Phnom Penh, right on the river. The rooftop restaurant has a clear view of the river and the Royal Palace of Phnom Penh. The breakfast variety is quite complete. But the hotel is too old, and the rooms are a bit like domestic three-star hotels from more than 10 years ago. I live in Room 508, and outside the window is the roof of someone else's house. The facilities are old and poorly maintained, the washbasin drains very slowly, and the shower head spits water in all directions. There was a smell of urine as soon as we entered the bathroom. We boiled water and flushed the floor next to the toilet before it improved slightly.
