The early building was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, Hilton's top brand, and it is a worthwhile visit~ First-class environment and enthusiastic service, Wright fans should not miss it! Valet parking is $65 (the car is parked in the open-air parking lot directly opposite the gate) / self-parking must be parked in the back parking lot, about $25 a night. The guy at the door was very frank, introduced both methods, and was decisive to avoid exposure to the sun. The front desk is warm and thoughtful, giving welcome water and a map, finding a room and turning it into a tour, interesting ~ Waldorf Astoria at night seems like a desert oasis isolated from the world, light overflows from the fabric of FLW, and many details can still be found at the beginning The clues... The most interesting thing is that it is said that all the presidents since Hoover have stayed here, but they didn't find Obama and Trump for a long time... ;)

Great relaxing weekend. Dining options are a bit limited (all the different bars serve the same food) and overpriced

Historic but not stuffy. The remodel is great. Take the history tour. Property is pricey, but worth doing if you have the means.

The amazing Arizona Biltmore does not disappoint. Love this place so much. Even more with the recent refresh. Glorious, fabulous, well worth every single penny!

Staying at the Biltmore is like staying in an alive museum. It’s history, layout. And architecture combined with it amenities and service makes it unique in all the world.

Overall excellent experience. Beautiful property--grounds and buildings both. Friendly service. Relaxing atmosphere. Fantastic food options. Kids loved the paradise pool and slides. Room showed age a bit, but was comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend.

The staff was always pleasant and wonderfully helpful. The different pools offered seclusion, adult only, family, or quiet beauty. The rooms were spacious and clean. The spa and its area were restful and beautiful. Our stay there was relaxing and exactly what we needed.

Room was old with few electrical outlets and elevators in the building needed an update.

Very uncomfortable beds, pillows and noisy rooms… unable to adjust air past 68 and the room was stuffy. The lack of menu options and overpriced mediocre food was disappointing. Very pet friendly and the cocktails were good. The outdoor bar area had the best service. Historic hotel worth a visit but I won’t stay here again.

I don’t believe this is a 5 star property. It is a 4 star at the most. My room could have used a refreshment in the decor. It is overpriced for the quality of the property and service. It is a good location in a nicer area of Phoenix.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Biltmore. Love the Frank Lloyd Wright / Art Deco style. Service & restaurants were fantastic. Paradise pool was perfect for us. Will stay here again.
