Close to the Deer Valley where I want to go. The hotel is clean, the room is big, and there is a swimming pool. The price may be a bit expensive because I booked it too late. I like this town and hope to have the opportunity to come often in the future! !

Never checked in tried to cancel and was unable to I would love to talk to someone. Totally upset about this my future travel plans will not be at a Marriot. Rude personel .

Everything at the hotel was perfect! The staff were absolutely incredible. The food was fantastic. Pool was kept at a perfect temperature.

Check-in was weird. The desk clerk was in a mood. Explained NOTHING to us about anything. I had to ask what the $25 charge was for, he told us nothing about breakfast or even what our room number was, just handed us a key & said elevators are over there. He told my husband later when we came back from dinner, "nothing good happening here". Disgruntled employees are not a good sign for how management runs things.

My only complaint was the bar and restaurant was closed because there was no staff there to operate and we arrived hungry and tired.

We were disappointed. Typically we find Hilton Garden Inns to be pretty nice places. This one is old! The lobby is nice but the rooms are so old and worn. Furniture, curtains, everything was just old and scuffed up. Didn’t feel nice. But the worst thing was the walls are paper thin. It was so loud. We could hear every single word clearly of the conversations happening next door. Every word of anyone walking down the hallway. And every step of the people above us. Terrible night of no sleep.
