This place was DISGUSTING. It had blood stains on the counter. Drug paraphernalia in kitchen. Broken towel rack I would NEVER stay here.

Awfully place, it didn’t look so bad in the website, but when we arrived we were really mad and disappointed, the lobby didn’t look bad and the guy in front desk was very nice and professional, he gave us our keys and until that moment everything ok. The first surprise was when we arrive to our room, the door was open, that means someone got inside or forgot to close and locked it before the next check in (someone else could spent there a couple of hours before and no one noticed it) The place was in a very bad conditions, the part with the little stove burned and all the drawers almost falling, the bathroom incredibly dirty, even the “clean” towels that we didn’t even touched were stained, everything full of oxide and dust. The bed was well made but the covers, pillows and sheets had a lot of stains, not stains because they were old or something, they had food stains, of sauce or something that was already dry, the backward of the sheets were really dirty, like if someone slept there for weeks and nobody washed them, under the bed we could find a lot of dust and trash, the air conditioner was shaking and making a loudly noise every time we turned on. We tried to call to front desk to ask for someone to change all the sheets and pillows and we discovered the phone was not working because it didn’t even had a cable connected to the phone line. We called to the hotel number in our phones to ask for someone to change the sheets, pillows and towels and he only said that could give us clean pillow cases and not even sending someone to bring them to the room, he even asked if it would be possible for us to go to the lobby to get them. Horrible place, was only for one night and we were in a hurry, otherwise we would have claimed our money back and get a place humanly habitable. Don’t waste your money.

I love the kitchen area it’s very convenient nothing here is dirty areas nearby a lot of stores and gas stations and great customer service and happy The heater works in this weather

The front desk service is very good, the accommodation environment is good and parking is convenient

Very dirty falling apart. The room was not prepared for our stay. No toilet paper provided. One towel provided. Not even hand soap. Theres was dead bugs on the floor. Nicotine marks on the ceiling of the bathroom and doorway. Overall dirty property.

The staffing apparently quit the day of my reservation. I arrived and they had rooms available but all dirty. So a large group of people all had to find a new place to stay due to the cleaning staff quitting. ******* just told me to go find another place and they will follow up with the site. They might not give a refund as well. Overall it was a mess

Worst place I have ever stayed.had to wait to check in, and once we got in the room it was filthy. Clearly house keeping had entered the room and just over sprayed a cleaning chemical and walked out. The floor was sticky the sheets were not changed there was hair on the counters, toilet was dirty and had toilet paper in it.

Did not stay there. The room smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom door was smashed and the place area did not feel safe. I requested near the airport which it was not. I would like a refund!

25 years of travel and this room was up there in worse ever for cleanliness. Table top nasty with sticky food. Bathtub dirty, hair/black spots. Floor dirty. Q-tips/paper dirt on floor. Broken toilet seat. How anyone cleaned this room? Hope it is mistake but not thinking so. Outside steps walkway filthy. Find somewhere else best bet

Do not stay here! It’s filthy. I’m glad there at least wasn’t any bugs. However, the mattress cover and pillows were filthy, blood stains and God knows what else on them. I literally had to go buy pillows just to be able to sleep here and then we slept with the plastic cover still on the pillows, and slept fully clothed. Thankfully we only stayed about 6 hours until our early flight the next day. The office staff and security guard were really friendly but that was the only positive thing I could say about this place.
