The hotel was very clean. Except we had problems with the first room. They gave us that the toilet didn't work. And we had to move rooms. Secondly, the pool was very dirty and the hot tub was very green. It was not acceptable for the money that we paid.Locks on the door did not work. had to put a chair underneath the door and did not feel safe. Needs renovation. The bathtub had many chips.

The ice machine were all broken. They ended up overchargeing my card. Management was rood and not very helpful. Do not recommend staying there. One of their staff members harassed my girlfriend and made her feel really uncomfortable!

The staff that we encountered were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was adequate. The room was horrible. One of the most disgusting rooms we've ever stayed in. Paint peeling off the wall, dogs barking right outside all night long, and the HVAC unit sounded like someone starting a lawnmower every time it kicked on. This is where you stay when you have zero other options.

We stayed at this facility approximately 15 min. The “king suite” reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Carpets were stained and filthy, the shower head had a constant leak. I was promised a full refund for my $650 two day stay but was informed by Trip.com that I would get nothing back. This hotel is disgusting. Do not stay here.

I have been to the United States more than a dozen times. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I returned to the hotel room at around 11 o'clock on the second day, the towels were not cleaned, the bathroom was not changed, and the free breakfast was turned off at nine o'clock. , I had nothing to eat, it was really abominable.

The free airport drop-off service is very good. Just make an appointment with the front desk. They will call you ten minutes in advance and ask you to wait downstairs. Just give the driver a few tips. It took less than ten minutes to drive to the airport.
