Excellent in all. However, they claimed to send me of the tax receipt, but after two nights, I am still waiting.

Westin Downtown is always solid. No stress and perfect location. Driver service pulls right up to central Ave. Too easy

The hotel is located in downtown Phoenix, which is very convenient. Passing through this city, it may be because of the sun ball game, the hotel is very expensive, but the quality of Westin did not let the money go to waste.

Feels very warm

Clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely courteous and very helpful! The Central Valley location made it quick and easy to get to any attraction in the metro area.

This hotel has beautiful rooms, all new and well appointed with super comfortable king beds! Would stay here again.

One of the cleanest properties I have been at lately. Very quiet stayed in a corner suite beautiful sunset view.

Our room was spacious, clean, and luxurious. We were surprised at the large size of the room and bathroom. Also plenty of closet space, which is rare for a hotel. We loved the restaurant and bar. Food and service were good. All of the hotel employees we had contact with were friendly and helpful.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. They conveniently store our luggage after checkout, allowing us to focus on our day's work without lugging it around. The breakfast at the clubhouse is both adequate and tasty, with a variety every morning. My only suggestion is to offer hot beverages throughout the day at the clubhouse. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose to stay at Westin again.

It was beautiful inside. There were minor things that I saw that made me feel unsure lol there was a orange or cherry pit in my sink when I was checking it out, and some stains on the wall that made me question it. Other than that. The room was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly,
