Conditions are average, air conditioning still has smell

It is no exaggeration to say that this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Because I had to fly to the airport the next day, the photos on the platform the day before showed that the hotel was very clean. I booked a hotel. Except for hot water and TV, no other facilities were working properly. The air conditioner was close to the bed and the sound was so loud that it couldn't be used. There was thick dust in the air conditioner. The quilt was as thin as the curtains. There were stains on the toilet lid. It was dark. The safety buckle screws on the door were all loose and could be unscrewed by hand. The quilt and pillow were stained by various cigarette burns and were too dirty. Because it was already late, I didn’t go out and change hotels, thinking of making do with one night. As a result, the neighbor next door played rap on the stereo in the middle of the night and didn't stop until 6 o'clock in the morning. The two customer service staff at the front desk had a very bad attitude and were indifferent. There were black people and homeless people around the hotel. It was next to a main road and trucks made loud noises at night. The security guards stationed in the hotel are armed with guns, and the security glass at the hotel front desk is like a bank counter. One can imagine the security situation here. I would like to add here that despite all the unpleasantness, Ctrip’s customer service is still very good and helps with communication in a timely manner. Especially those with children and the elderly should not stay here!
