I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
There was a problem with the smell when checking in and the nice girl at the reception immediately resolved the issue by giving us another better room. The girl is just super, she helped us with everything, rented a bike, helped with replenishing the SIM card, prompted us with everything 💜
Good location, everything is clean and tidy 🤍 reasonable price 🩶

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunset Bay Retreat Phu Quoc and was truly impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by one of your staff members, Trang. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond by offering me an early check-in at 9 AM without any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey.
Trang’s personalized service made my stay even more memorable. She kindly arranged transportation for me to a nearby Halal restaurant and later to the airport, ensuring I was well taken care of. Additionally, she provided complimentary buggy service to the nearest souvenir shop, even though it was a considerable distance away, which added to the convenience of my trip.
Her genuine care and warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome, and I can confidently say that she is a real gem of your hotel. Because of Trang’s exceptional service, I will definitely return to Sunset Bay Retreat whenever I visit Phu Quoc in the future.
