The hotel is quite central located the room is nice and quiet and comfy though there was no elevator in the building but good price for value

Don't stay here if you want 24-hour five-star service, but it's a good place to stay. At least the room I stayed in was clean, and the owner also provided shampoo and mineral water. The price-performance ratio is probably one of the best in Patong.

The toilet doesn't work, it's impossible to go to the toilet. Because when you flush, the water accumulates and doesn't go away. The rooms aren't cleaned, the towels aren't changed, there were two bottles of water when we checked in, then we had to buy it in the store.

A really normal option for such a price, probably cheaper and with the same conditions, convenient location. The furniture looks old, at night the walls and roof creak a lot from the wind, a lot of mosquitoes. For some reason the maid put a garbage bag in the sink, I hope she just forgot. The woman at the reception is so unhappy that it is scary to meet her again, I wish her to relax and be happier. I met a gecko, they do not cause any problems, but rats ... I saw two rats during my entire stay, they rustled in the garbage at night and this prevented me from sleeping a little. In general, you can stay for a couple of nights, it is really cheap, but the hotel needs repairs

The hotel is not new, I would like them to wash the floors and wipe the dust better.
The only plus is clean bed linen and towels.
The hard mattress is more of a plus than a minus

The guesthouse is located in the outskirt of the night market, which is quieter and convenient. The owner of the guesthouse is helpful and responsive in handling our enquiries. The balcony of the room is huge.
