"I booked this hotel on a whim on my last day, fearing I'd miss my flight, but it turned out to be really convenient for getting to the airport. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, and if you walk a bit further, you hit Nai Yang Beach. Along the way, there's even a night market with incredibly cheap stuff. I also got a spa treatment nearby. Overall, the value for money here is excellent! It's a shame the pool was under renovation at the time, otherwise, it would have been perfect. The coconut smoothie across the street was also delicious! Only 40 Baht a cup!"

"Almost right in the center, about a 5-minute walk to Bangla Road and an 8-minute walk to the sea. I stayed overnight, and overall it was fine. Great value for the money. The owner gave me great advice on how to get to the airport and answered all my questions."

"I booked this hotel last minute for a layover, as I had a midnight flight. It was perfect for storing my luggage and getting some rest before heading to the Old Quarter for some shopping. The hygiene was excellent, very clean. Since I didn't stay overnight, I'm not sure if the street noise would affect sleep. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, ideal for backpackers. Overall, it far exceeded my expectations."

"It was the best location for family trip. It's close to the airport which is very convenient for early morning departure. It has a waterpark perfect for children. beachfront so you can walk to the beach and watch the sunset. Resort is very big so they will bring you around with a free buggy service within the resort."

"The hotel is very nice and stylish. It was a good value for the price. We had nice room with acces to the pool. The room was clean and big enough for us. TIt could have better tv inside that would be nice to have especially because unfortunately was raining a lot during our stay but thats not hotel issue. The breakfast was ok. There are a lot of stores nearby and restaurants also some bars. If you want to go to the beach you need to take motorbike that they also rent there so thats nice. The sea is actually very near the hotel but i dont recommend swimming there. The hotel has also washing machine that guest can use and a good affordable laundry service. To sum up, we had pleasant stay and not much more to say there."

"We couldn’t recommend Lub Sbuy Hostel more! The price of great. We booked the private double bed room with balcony. The hostel felt more like a hotel with a nice common area for people to sit in on the ground floor. They also give free coffee between 6:30-11:30am. This was on of the best sleeps I have had, great beds & quiet. The shower/bathroom is great with shampoo + soap provided. The hostel was super clean & the staff were lovely. The location is ideal - a 15 minute walk to old town, a quiet area, a 7/11 a minute walk away, great food places near."

"Good reception upon arrival, quick communication asking if ok to check in late. Given the most important info there and then (breakfast etc). Busboy / porter always on point yo help, same for reception and breakfast / bar staff. Room was ok, the shower had good pressure and temp, plenty of space to manage family stay or otherwise. Room clearly is a bit older as white spots that have been repainted easily seen, or sealant in shower weathered. Safe worked no issues. TV is a bit old but that's nitpicky, would be nice to cast too or screen mirror via usb. Housekeeping on point and no issues. Spa staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Pool area is well maintained, lobby singers every night. My one real pet peeve is maybe have a more varied playlist for the lobby. The amount of times 'The girl from Ipanema' was playing could arguably ruin it 😅 Overall I would stay here again, it is close to the heart of Phuket whilst simultaneously being quite quiet compared to the popular beach areas."

"The hotel is clean. A few restaurants nearby and a 7-11. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the beach. Good value hotel, but you need a moped or car. The staff is really friendly. There is a mosque right next door, which is lovely. Deluxe room, downstairs."

"A bit tucked away, but not a problem at all if you have your own scooter. You can feel the resort has some age, but the maintenance is pretty good. We love the two big swimming pools, massive and clean. Big breakfast selection. Overall, wonderful experience."

"We stayed at Emerald Phuket Beach Resort with our family and children, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The front office manager (the lady) was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the entire staff were so polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is fantastic for families with kids — my girls especially enjoyed the kids club, mini water park which kept them entertained and happy throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax after our daily outings. Another big plus is the location — everything you need is close by. There’s a 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away, along with massage parlors and a pharmacy, which made things so convenient. Overall, it’s a perfect choice for a family-friendly, relaxing holiday in Phuket. Highly recommended!"
