"It’s a beautiful hotel and everything is fine. The stuff helped me to download grab app to order food and call a car or bike to the town. I was out of cash and my flight was the next day i didn’t want to change money so I went to the counter and asked if I can get my deposit of 500bhts to use for that last day and they were willing to help me. I’m so happy and satisfied with their customer service"

"We stayed just for one night because had late arrival. The location great, store and cafes are just next to the hotel. It takes around 20min to walk from airport. It's great place to relax, we can hear beautiful sounds of the birds. The swimming pool has some broken tiles. They have 3 menus for breakfast. We chose the omelette but for us was a bit undercooked in the middle, so we can't finish it. So far was good experience to stay in this hotel."

"I booked this hotel last minute for a layover, as I had a midnight flight. It was perfect for storing my luggage and getting some rest before heading to the Old Quarter for some shopping. The hygiene was excellent, very clean. Since I didn't stay overnight, I'm not sure if the street noise would affect sleep. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, ideal for backpackers. Overall, it far exceeded my expectations."

"Excellent stay overall. The hotel is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, great value for money. The room was larger than expected, with modern facilities and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to rent a scooter or grab a taxi to move around easily, as most attractions are a bit spread out. However, the location is still quite convenient. It’s close to Central Phuket Mall and only a short ride from many good restaurants. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for comfort and good value in Phuket."

"We stayed in the Family Quadruple Room for three nights. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable for three people, but there were a few issues that made the stay less pleasant. The shower area had no proper door, only a thin sliding curtain, which felt unsafe and uncomfortable as it doesn’t provide much privacy. The toilet door also couldn’t be locked and could easily open while in use. Another downside is that the hotel doesn’t have a lift, so carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs was quite troublesome. For the price, it didn’t feel very worth it overall. On the positive side, the location is convenient if you mainly plan to visit Central Phuket and Big C, both nearby. However, transportation costs are quite high — about 200 baht for just a 3-minute ride to Central Phuket."

"One of the best hotels ever had, so beautiful, once entered the hotel, we felt like in another world, pool, room, gym, game area, restaurant, perfect mix of Thai and Arabic style. We stayed in the Oasis room, there is a nice garden, in the evening, the way to the room is with the besutiful light, it’s embaded in the way. The pool in the day time and evening time is just wonderful! We stayed everyday in the hotel, because it’s so beautiful. The Location is also good, walking distance to all the locations and beach. They have shuttle bus to the beach, very convinient."

"Booked for work but brought a dog. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the TV was great. There was a market nearby, but the food in front of the grocery store was delicious. Dog > 10 kg for 500 baht. I'll go again. (I forgot to take a picture because I slept a bit too much.)"

"The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. Hygiene and overall presentation are excellent. However, I wouldn’t consider this a true five-star hotel — it feels more like a solid four-star. The view from the room was disappointing, as it doesn’t overlook the street or any scenery, which was a real letdown. Also, some basic amenities were missing, such as a shaving kit and toothbrush. Another thing that bothered me was the towel policy – there are only two towels in the room, and to get new ones, you first have to return the used ones."
