Great people, had a problem in my Room but they fixed very fast, i wish them all the best, cleanear and owners very good people!

It is very cheap cost and reasonable price for the room of this hotel. I believe that if you visit here for sleep during the night, you will enjoy yourself with the quiet room with basic accessories. If you prefer to burn the midnight oil, you can walk along the walking street that it is not far from the hotel, or you can chill out along the Patong beach about 0.8 mile from the hotel. Even though Istay at the fifth floor without any elevator, but it is not my problem to walk upstairs. At the terrace of the I can see around the good point views from my room, it is perfect for me and my son to stay here for a couple nights. And I can park my rented car in front of the hotel, and I like to walk along the street, and I like to buy some food and drink at the 7-Eleven at the begining of the Soi of the hotel is taked place.

Clean and nice balcony view but wood doors for bathroom and only stairs

Great host, room has basic facilities and is clean. Location is good at banzaan but still quiet area.

It’s small, and nice. Very comfortable if you don’t need much. The staff, and management are very kind. Ask them if you need your room cleaned because they don’t clean every day. They clean when you request it. I would go here again next time without hesitation. It is also on its own little street with massages and food. It’s a 10 minute walk or so to Patong beach. There is a Seven-11 on the corner that is very convenient as well. At the end of the alley is a tourist stand where you pay to get your laundry done, or just walk across the street where they have laundry machines.

The room didnt smell fresh. There was no one at reception, very disorganize the cleaning lady does all the job. Just not a good experience.

The room is clean, the owner provides good service and takes great care of customers. The facilities are okay for this price. Overall, it is very good.

Nice room, would stay there for a few nights, instant booking confirmation, quick check-in, a bit remote of course, but within reach. I recommend for a few nights as a budget option

Not a bad hotel, has everything you need for a stay, but the loft style is for an amateur. We were on a bike, so it was convenient for us to get to the beach, market and shops.

We booked three king-size bed rooms at one time, and two people stayed in one room. To be honest, the bed was big enough for three adults. The boss and service staff were warm-hearted and greeted us with a smile every day. The boss was Chinese and very friendly to his compatriots. He had the "Phuket Travel Secrets" in his hand, so there was no need for us to make a strategy. We could just find the boss to help us get it done at once. The location of the inn is very good, and the "20-minute walking circle" makes you feel very comfortable. There is a 711 (just at the street corner) three minutes away from the door, and there is a local food stall next to it (cheap, authentic Thai local taste). It takes only 20 minutes to walk to Patong Walking Street and Patong Beach, and no more than 15 minutes to walk to Simon ** Show, Adult Show, Muay Thai Gym, Jiangxi Cold, BIG C, Banzaan Seafood Market (turn right at the street corner), and Food Night Market (turn left at the street corner). Are you tempted? Action is worse than thought, hahahaha… A suggestion: add one or two more mattress pads under the mattress, and it will be almost the same as sleeping in a local four-star hotel; renovate the TV cabinet, add toothpaste and toothbrush, and it will be the cheapest in the area if it is sold for 260+.

Great location. I had a room without a balcony, better to take one with a balcony. The furniture in the room is worn out, there is Wi-Fi, the air conditioner works.

The upper floors seem to have been built later and everything is made of plywood and creaks in the wind, the kettle has a plug that you can’t put in this socket, I was left without coffee, but otherwise it’s fine
